the phone and i was then charged a different price......
also they inflated the price for my mot from been £40 to £54!!!! i have the evidence of this !

Exceptional service
The sales process was very thorough and personal, ensuring that all our needs were met and on collection, the entire family was made to feel special and excited about the occasion. All the team are incredibly welcoming whenever we visit the showroom. The overall experience, pre and post sale (including events and general visits) is just exceptional.

Easy service
Given a good choice of date/time slots for booking car in. Welcomed on arrival. Car taken care off. It was ready before I expected. Car was cleaned and staff were friendly. All round great experience

The service and the service manager…
The service and the service manager were excellent along with the receptionists but I’m not impressed with the salesman as I’m still waiting for my appraisal of my own car from nearly a month ago as I was potentially interested in a new sf90.

I use sytner solihul on a regular basis for spares and have had dealings with most of the guys in the parts department.
I have found one particular guy in the parts department very helpful and extremely knowledgeable his name is kelvin he’s so polite and professional I have actually requested he deal with my query sometimes called only last week for assistance and he was most helpful

total wast of my time no call backs told by service team quote "[it gets done when it gets done!"] then when I made a complant the service team manager Lisa told me she would call me back by the end of the day to give me an update however she did not to this day called me back total lack of customer service no communication unacceptable!

Just a little dissapointed
Booking in process and car collection, very good.
Video Car check very good, however the 2 recommendations for replacement were later described by the service department as minor and not necessary to repair. "lets look at them at the next service" (When of course the warranty has expired.)
Front left tyre to be investigated for slow pressure loss. Diagnosed as bad sealing and repaired? I'm still losing pressure on return.

Amazing experience with Graypaul Ferrari..
The whole process with Graypaul Ferrari Birmingham from negotiations, through to take over and delivery was the epitome of professionalism and excellence in service . That’s exactly why I am a longstanding (25year+) Sytner client through now many of its brands and why I chose Sytner when I wanted a Ferrari. I think it’s fair to say I may have reached, if not are at, the pinnacle of the brands, model, and team!. Thank you so much, it has been a real pleasure.

Efficient booking in procedure, but it took a while to get email confirmation - I had to chase twice
