Clare facilitated an excellent series of discussions with our Senior Leadership Team and ensured that we ended the day with a clear and effective set of objectives so that we can move forward with our next whole school development plan. She is incredibly professional and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Clare is an excellent advocate for coaching and mentoring! Clare has been an external coach for South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust for a number of years and is now training senior individuals in the ILM Certificate Level 7 in Coaching & Mentoring. The training is thought provoking and has really challenged me to develop my skills as both a coach/mentor, as well as a leader in an Executive role.

I have recently been on the Level 5 ILM course for Leadership and Management. I found the course incredibly insightful despite being an experienced senior leader. I have developed new skills which are already being noticed by my peers and the business owner. Clare supports a discussion based approach allowing for real problem solving and learning from others which tie into the theory. I would highly recommend Synergia coaching and look forward to Clare working with some of my peers in the future! Breakfast on the last day was a bonus too :)

Clare did an excellent job working with our Senior Leadership Team helping us to understand our individual preferences/ways of working and how they fitted in with the whole team. The process was enlightening and Clare handled potentially sensitive moments with ease.

I have had an extremely positive experience studying for a Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring Course, where I found our Tutor, the materials and support to be of a high quality, encouraging and supportive of self learning whilst instilling a pragmatic approach to achieving a qualification and learning through practical coaching.

This was an excellent course with a mixture of classroom based learning and private study. The tutors are professional and friendly and the lunches are excellent!! There is as much help as you need and they always answer emails!
As a future learner I havent studied to this level in a long time. The course is pitched to a level that everyone can follow. A very enjoyable experience!
