This morning, I was informed I had achieved my Coaching & Mentoring Level 5 qualification. The support from Clare and Kerry has been great. The qualification encourages you to think out of the box and personally helped me through the pandemic by using the techniques I was able to view life more positively.

Clare recently delivered a 12 session bespoke Management Development Course for our Managers & Directors. It was well organised & interactive. Clare & the team provided us with lots of useful tools & resources with full guidance on how to use them effectively. I have just received my Institute of Leadership & Management Level 7 certificate in Coaching & Mentoring! I cannot speak highly enough of the genuine support & encouragement that Clare and the team at Synergia Coaching provided for me. I found the course truly transformative and it has made me very carefully reflect on my own practice and how I can help others in their leadership development. I was fortunate enough to complete all the face-to-face training sessions for the course with Synergia before lockdown, but their support since then whilst I have completed my assignments has been superb. Having completed the ILM7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring, I can highly recommend Clare for both classroom modules and distant learning. Despite the restrictions of lockdown, they enabled my Level 5 ILM coaching certification experience to be a good one with good levels of communication, flexibility, and professionalism throughout. Having recently completed the Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring Course, I highly recommend Synergia Coaching. The integration of all components ( classroom sessions, discussion forums, reading etc) enables students a wide-range of learning opportunities.

I have recently successfully completed the ILM Level 3 Leadership & Management course with Synergia Coaching. They really do make learning fun and engaging, whilst delivering the required ILM course content. The course is very relevant and I’m already benefiting from applying the knowledge learned in class in to real world practice.

Clare is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. One example of this is how she transferred to agile working using video technology with ease, and supported me during my furloughed period with two refresher sessions that helped me to complete my remaining two assignments.

Clare delivered an excellent coaching workshop to our Managers on 121 techniques and people management. Clare has such skills in reading people,understanding what is needed to inspire her audience.
