TV not turning on suddenly and inferior optical connector
Seems like TV not turning on suddenly is an on-going issue as well as remote being very slow. Bought mine in August 2023 so I guess a 10 month life span is better than some that have posted here. Sent photos, copy of email confirmation of purchase and other info they wanted and will wait to see how long it takes to resolve the issue.
Optical connector in back is poor quality and couldn't use optical connector for the Sylvox Sound Bar I just bought . Also, seems to not want to be compatible with Apple TV. Bluetooth seemed to make audio from new sound bar finally work when TV was working. But couldn't use the Apple TV remote to operate everything like I can with my Bose and Sonos sound systems I use with my indoor TVs. Sylvox is a poor example of "Smart".

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Purchased an outdoor television and the optional installation option. Television arrived promptly, and we have been unable to get the installation completed. It is impossible to speak with anyone on the phone or even the chat widget on the website. Every time of day, regardless of the hour, week, etc. the phones are unavailable and the chat agents are unavailable. We get a response requesting the installation information from the chat inquiry and submit the install information. Nothing happens. Do it again, this time the installation actually appears to be scheduled, then the date comes and goes with no contact and no one shows up. Rinse, repeat. Terrible experience. Do not recommend. Trash customer service.
Update: 7/16/24 - still zero resolution. Reached out to the requested email and have zero return communication. Continuing to send follow up emails so we can get a refund for the broken TV that no one came to install.

Got my Sylvox outdoor TV in good…
Got my Sylvox outdoor TV in good condition, but the cover was missing. After contacting their customer service and they sent a new cover super fast.
Delivery times were slow but customer service was great.
Because of the pre-sale, I was worried that I would not receive the goods, I kept communicating with the Sylvox customer service team. I am very grateful to Sylvox's after-sales service for always patiently answering my messages.

So strange you can reply to a negative review within a few hours of me posting it yet you can’t reply to my email requesting help and assistance with the broken tv you have sent me.

You have had my email address for the last week but chosen to do nothing about it.
Having bought their tv, it doesnt work. I have emailed them with the problem and the response was to try exactly what the problem is.
For a £2000 tv, this is a disgrace. It is sitting in a box awaiting responses from their very substandrd customer service. It amazes me that they can survive in buisness with such poor service. They certainly wont get any good advertising from me.
Just hope if you make the mistake of purchasing one of their tvs that it works. for good luck resolving any issues!!!

At first this TV was awesome but the picture stopped displaying about 6 months after purchase. Getting Support is almost impossible but I finally reached them and they wanted a video of of the black screen with the power button on...really??? So I sent it to them then they said that couldn't open the video, even sent to a persons gmail account and I still haven't had any problem resolution for 10+ days now. I can't find out who the CEO, COO or VP's are to contact them directly...what a terrible company!

Great value for money For my European Cup party, I bought the 43-inch Sylvox outdoor TV Deck pro 2.0. So far, I have been using it well.

When I first heard about outdoor TV, I thought it was interesting, so I bought it out of curiosity. Now I am very happy to own Sylvox outdoor Tv.
Buyer beware - terrible customer service
Buyer beware! Bought the 75" Pool Pro 2.0 with mount, soundbar and installation. Packages all came in separate and I had to call to remind them of the installation service. Installer got the TV mounted but could not get the TV to turn on. I checked all wiring, outlet and remote - all good. I tried to get the TV to turn on with no luck. I've reported to customer service via phone, email and chat, and have yet to hear back from Sylvox. Can't get anyone on the phone and they stopped sending me emails. At this point, all I want is to give them their product back and they refund me. I have no trust in them. If you want service after the sale, DO NOT use this company!

10 weeks on the faulty tv still sat in our house. No response from Sylvox. We served notice last week that we would dispose of the tv in 2 weeks. They have until 7th August 2024. There margins must be very high if they can afford to lose such a high value item.

A bulk upload of apologies on Trustpilot... all the same copy and paste. Really? Still got the old TV sat in my house taking up space, new excuse is that they don't have a returns warehouse agreement in place. Soundbar did arrive. Still not able to send me proof of purchase. I am not prepared to put my email address in the public domain. Why don't you publish yours and take it on the chin?

Update.... Sadly still ongoing...
New TV is up and is a decent bit of kit. Really need to use a Firestick etc to get the best out of it. We purchased the 65" 2000Nit Outdoor TV UK (2023 Pool Pro Series)
Customer Service when they respond are very polite and apologetic. However ongoing issues.
1) when ordering their IT systems seemed to have problems so no order confirmation or receipt were sent. We have asked for this a number of times so we can register for warranty. Still not sent 3 weeks on.
2) The old TV that was missing a backplate is still sat taking up a large part of a room. I honestly believe that if we said nothing they would have no idea where their stock is. 3 weeks now and still no collection.
3) The soundbar that we purchased is in stock for sale but this still has not been sent to us.
Overall very disappointed for a premium product. Their courier only uses a one day delivery slot and no specific time. So far 3 days taken out for first tv, the cover, second tv. Now we will have 2 more days... we hope.. for the return and the soundbar. Very poor.
24/4 It goes from bad to worse.
Someone did respond, sent a new voucher code, which worked. TV was sent and arrived. It actually looks really well made. HOWEVER, was missing the waterproof back plate and screws, kind of important by its nature.
Chatbot not working, website up and down, phone number nobody available. I had an email from customer service acknowledging the missing parts of my extras, however nothing on the missing part of the tv itself. Asked for a call, nothing... really terrible.
......Trying to purchase, what a nightmare. Done my research vs Samsung Terrace and the offering looks good. Voucher codes in the UK don't work, customer service phone line no answer, email customer service no response, AI chat bot does nothing. Very hard to spend money.

22” 12v tv/dvd poor quality
Purchased the TV last week. Tested it straight away and the picture quality is disgusting. The sound quality is just as bad . Still waiting for my refund as it was returned straight away. Asked twice now for my refund and now no response. 22” 12v tv/dvd . Don’t use this company if you want customer service to be of a standard we should all expect. No telephone number.

Purchased through Amazon. Paid for installing but the man did not want to install it and just left it unpacked.
As a woman on her own, I had to find and pay a tradesman to install it outside. He could not get it working properly and we found out that Handset is not working. tried to get customer support but noone to speak with, just one email so far and they dont answer over the weekends. Amazon said I can send the whole TV back but I only have 5 day left to send it back and would have liked to get a new handset and dont have time for the manufacturer to send one. I now have to pay someone to take it off the wall and repack it to be picked up. What a nightmare.
