I’m writing this review in hopes of convincing the community to support and invest in Sylvox. I had an unfortunate situation with my motherboard on my 24’ RV TV. They recognized the problem and addressed the issue without flinching. They care how they operate and how the community views them. I’d compare them to Patagonia in terms of costumer service. Sally who handled my case was absolutely excellent at communicating and addressing the issue. Super impressed and will always be grateful for their assistance and help. What a great example of how to backup your product. I’m now their biggest fan. Super happy!!! Thank you Sylvox!!!!!
Customer service was great
Customer service was great. The first tv I received would not turn on. I reached out to customer service and after a few checks/suggestions, the tv was deemed as faulty. They sent me a replacement, which has worked great. TV is great quality and can see the picture clearly in the sun.

The Sylvoxtv I purchased (75 inch cinema) is one of their flagship models. I encountered problems with the remote not being able to connect to the Bluetooth. I’ve sent in all the information 3x to a sales rep (Jason) who sent me an email telling me they would be sending me a replacement. The following day he again sent me a request for pictures and order numbers. They advertise a number to call but the call is never answered and you are requested to leave a voice mail. I paid 6000.00 for the tv and stand and was refused a replacement remote. I bought a Sylvox remote from Amazon and it works fine. If you decide to buy a Sylvox, purchase it from Amazon and enjoy real honest customer service,
We have been trying to get Sylvox TV to respond …
We have been trying to get Sylvox TV to help resolve an issuewith the television not responding to the remote, since February 2026. We even purchased a new remote that the Sylvox agent suggested, did not work, and other steps agent suggested. The issue was sent to the service help desk and we sent information, pictures and videos the agent requested per email, and haven't heard back. This company has very bad customer service in responding to issues. I have tried numerous times in the last week calling and after being on hold keep getting response that no agent available leave name and number, which I do AND SYLVOX DOES NOT RESPOND BACK. Need for them to call instead of sending sporadic emails.

I bought the TV a few years back and one day it just didn't work...it says nothing is connected to any of the HDMI ports and I tried all of them...the company said the only thing they can do is send it back and they would fix it for like 600 dollars...i will never buy slyvox again

I LOVE THE 15 IN TV, SOUND QUALITY COULD BE BETTER BUT LOVE IT, have a question on how or what I can get to add to the tv for better quality sound , I have been asking the customer service like 5 times and called but get no answer, put on hold for 15 mins so hung up, thru Email, they just send a statement the same one 7 times now, wanting to upload pics, copies etc for warranty, have told them many times I am 82 and don't know how, but gave them date purchased, and order number and all else they wanted, then get the same message again so gave up with asking for warranty.

THE WORST RELIABILITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY. No US customer service presence. In fact, there literally is no customer service. I spent $7,800 on an outdoor tv and lift cabinet stand, which arrived defective. I called that day for help. No one answers the phone. You call, wait on hold for fifteen minutes, then told to leave a message. No one calls back. I spent over a hour on the phone and never spoke to a human. They send emails at 3 am but will not call. I’ve been trying to return for five days. Called Amex to dispute the charge and they refunded me the whole amount. I’m going to leave it in the driveway until they send a truck, or I’ll have it trashed by bulk pickup. Waste of money.

Got no reply or confirmation they have gotten my email. For a TV worth over 2k??? What a joke.

Fantastic under-counter TV. Picture quality and sound quality is great. Easy to set up and install. After sales care has been great also. I would recommend.
Save your money and your time
Save your money and your time! We had purchased. 43" outdoor tv and used it maybe 5 times. Picture stopped working completely. Blue screen. Customer service dragging their feet for the last two months saying they can't locate an order Despite multiple proofs of purchase. $1000+ wasted and no satisfactory resolution. Buy a brand that actually stands behind their quality.

Fraudulent experience and zero accountability
I had an extremely poor experience with Sylvox and their installation partner, Geeks On Site. The installation service resulted in damage, and instead of taking responsibility, I was given the runaround between both companies.
Sylvox outsourced the installation but then refused to take ownership of the outcome, repeatedly deflecting responsibility to Geeks On Site. Geeks On Site, in turn, failed to acknowledge or take accountability for the damage caused during installation. Customer service from both sides was slow, confusing, and dismissive, with no clear path to resolution.
When you pay for a professional installation through a brand, you reasonably expect them to stand behind the service. That did not happen here. I spent far too much time chasing answers, only to be left with damage and no accountability.
I would strongly caution anyone considering Sylvox’s products and installation services or working with Geeks On Site. Based on my experience, once something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
I bought 55" Outdoor TV
I bought 55" Outdoor TV. The first one that was shipped had a broken screen. I called customer service and only 1 week later I had my new T.V. This outdoor T.V has exceeded our expectations. The screen is bright enough to see clearly during the day, and the sound quality is solid. It’s been exposed to heat, wind and moisture with no issues so far. A great addition to our outdoor space. My grandkids love it too!
Great outdoor TV with matching Soundbar.
I recently purchased a Sylvox 55" Patio Class Series 4k TV and mounted it in my patio outdoors by the BBQ and its working great. A few days later, IAN reached out to me and let me know about an offer with their outdoor sound bar that goes with the TV and it enhanced the experience by 100%. Thank you IAN! Highly recommended.
Great Experience
What a great company to deal with. Purchased a 65' outdoor tv, received a free cover and soundbar. Tv quality is fantastic we have not installed the soundbar yet. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Would 100% recommend.
