This company employ liars! Rang them as my current broadband deal is coming to an end. A lady called Candice gave me a price for broadband and landline with Talk Talk which seemed ok. When i received the Talk Talk contract by E Mail it was going to be more money and did not include the landline. Spoke to this lady again and she gave me a completely different quote to the original one. She said she would cancel the contract but it turns out now it is onthe system I now have to contact Talk Talk to cancel it. This company’s ways of selling broadband are an absolute disgrace so avoid them like the plague

It was made so easy to pick a new Broadband with the help of Switch Experts Robert explain everything so clearly and help me through the landmines of what was best and suitable for me

They certainly are experts

Switch experts are not a fully fleshed out switching platform. they only have access to 4 suppliers (BT, Virgin, Home Telecom and V4) the prices they provide are just those that are available on the websites of the respective company.
I worked at this organisation for a month and respectfully handed in my notice to my line manager Ian Beaumont, who then advised me everything would be shut down (systems and login wise for me) and i wouldnt be paid notice (frustrating but an argument for a later date.) pay day was due later that week but i didnt receive anything, no pay slip no payment at all. Ian advised everyone else had been paid and to contact Darren Madgwick. Darren has been silent since 18/11/2026 and their HR email seems to be non responsive as well. If switch experts had any integrity they should cut these cowboys away from their organisation as soon as possible. They have done the same to 21 others as they have done to me (at least). i am currently going through employment tribunal to scrape back the salary owed. if you leave make sure it is after payday!

I am continually getting calls from switchexpert 3 or 4 days per week over the past few weeks always at the same time. I have told them I am not interested and to delate my details from ther data base. One wonders how they obtained my details in the first place as I have never heard of them before obviousely in some dubious way. I have even blocked their number but they then ring using another number
This is harrassment and has been reported to the police

Absolute shower of liars. Now 'handling' the switch over to digital from copper and telling porkies from beginning to end.
No.1 Lie - Say they are BT when they clearly are not.
No.2 Lie -If you do not accept their offer you will have no service for 6 weeks at LEAST !
No.3 Lie - Also if you do not accept their offer they cannot guarantee BT engineers will still come out !
No. 4 Lie - New equipment for the digital switchover will cost you £500 but they will do a special price of £275. It actually is free from BT.
No. 5 Lie - all copper phone line connections will be switched off from February 1st 2026. Nothing in fact will happen until 2027 at the earliest when everyone has been transferred over.

Many thanks to Daniel who helped me out a few weeks ago. He was really patient, kind and understanding when it came to explaining all the different broadband options available for my apartment. He took his time to provide a lot of useful information and answered all my questions and queries. Thank you so much for all of your help and assistance! I was able to find the perfect broadband company and package.

Great service and so easy to switch. Mark clearly explained everything and managed to save me £5 per month with BT whilst increasing my broadband speed. He made everything so simple and easy to understand. The engineer came and connected me and I no longer have to put up with my kids moaning moaning about lagging!

Switch experts partner with a company called Intesa Communications LTD, apparently they are a 'sub processor'. When you enter your details on Switch Experts they then sell them to Intesa who ring you and tell you they are calling from Switch Experts. They claim they will do a comparison for you and find you the best deal but the only companies they work with are TalkTalk, Virgin, V4, Hometelecom and BT. So they don't do a comparison, they enter your details on the relevant companies platform to check for prices and speeds. Darren, Ian and Rikesh run the day to day operations of the company, on several occasions they got my name wrong and called me by another, despite my name appearing on the screen in front of them and whenever I informed them of this they seemed to get annoyed. Leading to a text based confrontation with Ian who asked me not to confront him and tell other people about him consistently calling me by the wrong name. I am now added to the list of people who have worked for Intesa and are yet to see any wages, pay day was due on 16th this month and I am yet to be paid, Darren and HR (Who are the same thing) and Rikesh ignore my emails, Ian responds telling me that pay is nothing to do with him (Despite apparently being senior ops manager?) and refuses to forward emails to the relevant people. It's a shame a company like Switch Experts is working with Intesa.
Think very hard before dealing with these companies, if you submit your details you will be hounded multiple times per day by sales people (most often different people) trying to sell you broadband.

. I asked for the t&c to be sent before I agree. I was told they would stay on the line whilst I I went through the t&c. Sounds odd tbh. I was also told the company is a part of BTand other telecoms company. I understood them to be a brokerage. All in all, it felt unsafe to sign up for a 24 month contract without first reading all t&c. I chose to terminate the call and go direct to BT.

Poor customer service. Set up a switch to BT broadband by this company. Everything was set up including signing the e documents and bank details etc. given order number and set up date. Told I would get confirmation email From BT. Waited a week with no confirmation email received.
Rang switch experts twice to find out what was happening ref the set up. Eventually told by their customer services to ring BT myself. On calling BT was told no record of switch making this order and that they had set up an unavailable broadband package in my area. Wasted over a week sorting this out. Be aware before dealing with this company.

I contacted them to discuss switching broadband to BT.
The man I spoke to was pushy and rude. When I told him I wanted to think about the switch asked me for a day or time to call back. I told him again I wanted to think about the switch. He said just give him a time and day, again I said I wanted to think about it. He said there were 24 hours in a day and 7 days a week and just to tell him when he could call back. I said no , I wanted to think about it. His reply was that all he was asking for was a date and time a d thank you for wasting their time, then hung up on me . I was shocked at his attitude and decided that there was no way that I would use them for anything . I wasn't rude,what gave him the right to be rude to me

Robert dealt with my enquiry and was very helpful pleasant and patient.

Robert was amazing spoke to him about getting my nan set up he found the best deals and took the time to sort out past issues with. Very helpfull and patient while setting up new broadband. Would recommend switch experts to anyone needing help and guidance.

I was verbally abused for no reason and spoken to in the most disgusting way. I was told my mother should not have bothered giving birth to me, which is outrageous and extremely offensive

I spoke to Robert in Belfast, who was superb. He patiently went through all the details with my husband who is very deaf, as well as me, the account holder. He made sure we both understood everything and exactly what was involved and the charges for each part of the package. He did his best for us and was a pleasure to deal with.

Darren and Ian should be ashamed of themselves, causing so much havoc with employees they hired and then haven't paid, they really need to be looked into while I strum my bean in hell.

Carter helped me with great efficiency and information. He gave me time to consult with my husband before making a decision. The switch was seamless. Thank you
