SCAMMMMMMM.....I came across what appeared to be a genuine offer online advertising broadband for £19.99. After filling out the form, I immediately received a phone call from someone claiming to represent BT, but the price they quoted was £25.99 instead. The caller spent a long time explaining how internet services work in the UK, but as soon as I mentioned that I had only signed up because of the £19.99 offer, .The caller became very rude and started lecturing me about internet providers instead of listening to what I was saying. He raised his voice, ignored my questions, and spoke over me. I eventually ended the call because of his behaviour. This company appears to have scam‑like practices, and the people calling are extremely unprofessional. Please do not contact me again.

Scam. I was checking offers on a website and saw one for £19.99. After I filled out the form, I got a call straight away from someone trying to sell me a BT connection for £25.99. He spent quite a time teaching how internet works in the UK, but when I told him I only signed up because of the £19.99 offer, he just hung up. They tried calling me from 2 different numbers.

I filled in a form on their site and wanted to see results on a screen,, but it was a call back. I wanted to know a bit about if I were to move. The person I spoke to wanted to "run a line " to my address and I wasn't happy with that so said I was just sounding out the idea for when I move. He was rude and told me I was wasting a lot of time. That approach is a dead give-away - no way to deal with a potential customer. I will not give them a penny by using them in the future.

Automated website which creates a call back without requesting it. What then follows is a number if delaying tactics along with poor information recognition from the salesperson. Wouldn't send me anything but wanted details to sign me up. Apparently they run a full market search and just one deal was offered as the best but, nice other comparative!!! I would advise to br super carefully here before sharing details.

I clicked on their website hoping to get a list of offers. After inputting my personal data and hitting next, it takes you to a page stating you’ll receive a call back. Straight away I received a call from Belfast and immediately was being sold a deal for Talk Talk that’s not even affordable. Clearly it’s a sales pitch. I just asked if I could have the information emailed to me. He told me it’s not possible and continued to offer me a 30 day free trial. I then told him I’m not interested and he hung up 😂😂😂 very unprofessional indeed. I tried to call back but it wouldn’t go through so they seem very suspicious, avoid!

When I didn’t process to purchase a deal with them and asked for deal information to be emailed to me. So I could discuss with my partner, caller then become rude and demanding why I would want that. He then abruptly ended the phone call. Unprofessional and clearly not a genuine service. Avoid!!!!

I am fuming! I used the website today and didn’t realise it was a call back scheme. I accepted the call anyway and ended up in an argument with the guy as he was trying to pressure me into a new contract without sending me anything “that’s not how it works” I said to him you cannot expect me to sign up to something without reading the information or having the opportunity to compare it. He got argumentative with me saying “you are the one who requested a call from us” to which I said “for the record as your calls are recorded all I did was put my information in expecting it to show me results but your website only give the opportunity for a call back” I told him this is not how it works for me and I’m not setting anything up and he ended the call. Outrageous. This screams scam to me and I would like to see this website looked into!

Today I decided to change my broadband provider as my current provider is too expensive and has no provision for loyalty.
I spoke to Frasier who was very helpful and found me a new provider at less than half the price. He explained all about the new service, download speeds etc and how the switch over would work. Perfect.
Give Frasier a raise.

Kept receiving phone calls from them asked them to remove my information as I never provided them with it. After that got a load of unknown number calls saying how I was disrespecting the company and I would be sorry. 02 has marked them as suspected scam when questioned they couldn't answer why.

I spoke to a nice gentleman called Lewis.
I explained that I wasn’t really sure what I was doing as i didn’t understand internet and broadband stuff.
He was very patient with me and explained everything really well.
He made me feel at ease as well as getting me a really good price for my broadband
