I’ll admit, I was initially skeptical of Swiss Watches Direct due to their highly competitive pricing. However, after doing my due diligence by checking their Trustpilot history and Companies House records, I felt confident enough to proceed with purchasing an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra.

The entire process was seamless. From the outset, the communication was exceptional. They were very clear about their model—purchasing directly from authorised dealers—and they even went the extra mile to double-check that I was ordering the exact specifications I wanted before finalising the order.

I was kept informed at every single stage: When the order was placed, When the watch was shipped from the dealer to them and finally when it was ready for final dispatch to me.

The watch arrived exactly as promised via Royal Mail Signed For Next Day Delivery, perfectly packaged and in pristine condition. If you are looking for a high-end timepiece with significant savings and "step-by-step" professional service, I couldn't recommend them enough.

I recently purchased Omega Seamaster 300 from SWD and it has been a great experience. Ashley has been prompt in replying to all my questions and regularly updated about the progress. I wanted the watch to be delivered on 16th Dec and it was delivered today as promised by Ashley. This is my second experience with SWD, first being a Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch few years ago. I paid through debit card and the whole process has been smooth. I would definitely look here for my future purchases and highly recommend this company.

Ashley and team responded quickly to any queries I had and made me feel secure in what was for me a very expensive purchase. Watch arrived in immaculate condition with all the original tags and packing and protective materials. Even the time was set correctly.

The watch I wanted was identically priced in every jeweller checked so the reduced price almost seemed too good to be true. I checked Trustpilot before ordering and used a credit card to afford further protection.
To be honest, the Christmas banner on the website made me doubt it was a genuine company as it didn’t look especially professional for a company selling high end watches. Obviously my worries were unfounded and the watch, price, delivery and service were exceptional. Thank you ☺️

I like how my order was confirmed over the phone and to discuss the delivery arrangements. A little Old School service doesn't hurt now days.

I placed an order for an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra World Timer on rubber strap back at the end of September, I spoke to Ashley who indeed called me as is stated on their website to confirm my order, this was all as planned.
The watch arrived in just over 3 weeks, which was way faster than I had expected, as I had asked Ashley to order me a 2025 production and not old shop stock.
This is exactly what happened and everything arrived perfectly, except that the watches swing tag was missing from the box, not a big deal for some but it is an important part of many luxury watches if you ever wish to sell them, I emailed Ashley to ask if it could be obtained for me, he said he would contact the AD to see if they could find it, which after only a couple of days waiting he informed me they had, and that it would be shipped to me asap, I received it in the post a couple of days later. So overall I would say the price and service you get with them is spot on, and I will be coming back to Ashley again in the near future for another Omega.

This is the 2nd purchase we have made via Swiss Watches Direct in the last 18 months and I cannot recommend them enough. The team are extremely professional and helpful especially Ashley who was so patient with me when there were a few issues on my side. They keep you fully updated on the progress both via email and phone. Watch was delivered within 8 days of placing the order. The transaction from start to finish could not have been any better and the saving compared to purchasing on the High Street is huge so why would you not want to buy from SWD!

This is a hard review, I have thought long and hard about it, so here goes I have recently bought 2 watches from SWD, only several weeks ago a Longines Spirit Chronograph and a Breitling adventure chronograph. MY issue was when I spoke to Ashly on the Longines watch, it was a Monday, he said he would get back to me by the end of the week this did not happen, I also phoned on a Monday because I had a change of heart on a tag her watch which I no longer wanted, but I did want the Breitling, as paying on finance asked if I needed to cancel the agreement, he said that's no necessary just pay the difference of £690. he said he would update later in the week, no update again. But the thing that really stressed me out with great anxiety, was I got a late email, saying my tag hear was on its way to you tomorrow. All I could think is they are sending me a watch I cancelled, I was furious as it would have meant a round trip of 12 miles in the ice, at my age I did not want that. I phoned the next day and spoke to David who after explaining my case assured me the Breitling is the watch that you will receive, great fingers crossed I thought, it did turn up, but the whole point was if they were doing their job properly I would not have had all this stress and anxiety. For information I keep all my emails as evidence so no excuses will I except. Million dollar question, would I buy from SWD again, sadly no, to stressful, would rather go into a Breitling boutique, and get respectful service. I phoned them yesterday to have my watch sized, no problem Sir we look forward to see you, that's how it should be done.

Would highly recommend Swiss Watches!! I was a little dubious and unsure at first whether to purchase from Swiss Watches, due to the Tag Heaur watches on offer had such excellent discount. After some research I was happy to go ahead with my purchase, I was so thrilled when the watch arrived and am confident my daughter will also be thrilled!!
