We are sorry that this customer had to wait just over a month for delivery. We received the order just before Christmas and it turned out that his watch needed to be ordered in from the manufacturer in Switzerland. Along with the Christmas & New Year holiday period, it resulted in a longer than usual wait.
We are pleased that he is happy with his new watch and the large saving. In addition, we are pleased to report that over 95% of our orders are fulfilled within the advertised delivery time.
