I went to view a car in Sutton Coldfield, on arrival the sales man (Andrew) was rude and disrespectful. He was dismissive and saying it's pointless taking the car out for a drive because the garage werent going to fix the issues with the car that were obviously on display and werent on the advert. As I explained he was assuming and I hadn't suggested anything of the sort. He then said it wasnt worth his while. My daughter and I were nothing but polite and positive, we then said would there be any wriggle room on the proce considering all the wheels were scuffed, wheel arch was rusting and paint bubbling on door... he replied no and it's not worth his time even taking us out in the car... this might not sound awful, bit his attitude generally was awful. Worst thing is we still were thinking we could buy and get the car fixed bit he was so rude we just had to leave ..

Gavin King was an excellent sales advisor. Very friendly but polite and professional.

Took Duster to Stourbridge having had first service cancelled (after driving to garage). Offered free car wash. Said OK. Asked to make sure book stamped. Reported fault. Car missing at 50 mph. Picked car up. Not washed. Book not stamped. Lovely video. Paid extra for diagnostics. Shame they never had time to take car for test drive. Still misses. Makes you wonder what they did for the money. Had call from customer services asking why the negative feedback. Offered the free car wash that they hadnt done. Called taking the p*ss

Purchased a mg zs from Sutton Park Group Coventry on 26/07/2020,when it was delivered on that day noticed stone dent in bonnet and large scratch on back bumper the inside of the vehicle was a disgrace dog hairs in rear of car and boot rear wheel well large amount of dog biscuits on driving the vehicle bad juddering on brake pedal and steering called a paintwork company to get a quote for the damage then reported to COVENTRY they agreed to pay for work on paintwork.I then took the car to local tyre company to check front wheels they found balancing was way out 60 grams one side and 65 the other this inproved the judder but did not eliminate it obtained prices to correct the judder garage checked and reported all discs and pads to be changed.Price was £787.95 for genuine parts to uphold the guarantee required by MG motors or cheaper parts would be £465.42,reported this to Coventry they stated you do not have to fit genuine parts which is not as far as MG STATE IN THERE GUARANTEE so they would not pay for genuine parts i had to pay the difference this car was supposed to have had a 199 point check before it left Coventry this person kaleem khan is not to be trusted avoid this group at all cost.

My Sales Executive Andy Docker is a legend. From my initial enquiry through to handing over my new car, he could not have been more helpful. Although it took 17 weeks from order to delivery, Andy kept me informed at every stage. I'm really pleased with my new car and recommend Sutton Park Coventry and Andy in particular.

Brought a used Renault Kadjar from Sutton Park, Tamworth. Purchased an extended warranty along with the vehicle, but did not receive the softcopy or hardcopy of the warranty so far. As a customer I would expect to receive goods or services when a full payment is made. I am looking forward to receive warranty.

This is our second car purchased by Dacia at Sutton park and the service was every bit as good as our first visit.
There are no pushy salesman it’s relaxed and friendly welcoming atmosphere .The purchase was easy and a pleasant experience the staff work to a high standard of care nothing is to much trouble they are helpful and professional you don’t feel rushed it’s a fantastic place to buy a new or used car and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about buying a car we are very happy with our car and would not hesitate to go back to Dacia Sutton park .

I am a repeat customer of Sutton Park Kia. This is the 3rd car I've brought from them brand new. They are so helpful, professional and thoroughly pleasant individuals. Aaron, who has just completed my latest purchase, has been a complete star! My new car is beautiful and I am delighted with the way that from the start of our relationship (since 2017/18), the garage has really looked after me. I just email them when I need something and they it sorted so quickly. The get in touch periodically to check that everything is in order with the car. We collected a Nissan Qashqai end of April.

I won't go into details but having had two previous Kia Sportage cars from the Chester Road, Sutton Coldfield branch this third purchase was a little challenging BUT I wouldn't hesitate to buy a 4th and 5th car from this Kia dealership !

Such a credit to this branch, even when he had to be off unexpectedly he was straight back on the phone to find out how everything was going, very genuine and really went the extra mile in his busy schedule to ensure we were happy, I also had a fab Kia Stonic to race around in until our car was delivered back to our door !

Under this man's leadership our experience was great 👍 and I'd like to thank him very much for his care and attention !

In my opinion I have received horrendous customer service from the Sutton park group The Kia ceed that I brought is in an awful drivable condition below a satisfactory quality, which was the case BEFORE point of sale. After purchasing the car, I have visited the Kia Sutton park group garage FIVE times to investigate and repair this issue.
After being told after each visit the issue as resolved but it clearly never was. I sought a second and third opinion from a mechanic who highlighted issues. I informed Kia on all occasion but no repairs where made.
This issue has been ongoing since November 2021. I wasn’t seen to with the straightforward and speedy complaints system that your code of practice progresses. I had waited now six months, made six monthly instalments on a car that is UNSAFE to drive.

Just picked up my car from Sutton Park Group Warwick- fantastic experience. Gavin was very professional and accommodating in helping me find the ideal car for me. highly recommend.

I've just collected my brand new Dacia Duster and my sincere thanks must go to Leo Di Placido for making the whole procedure so easy and stress free. The ongoing communication was professional yet friendly throughout.
Being no expert on the technical side, it was so good to be treated with patience and dignity, especially as personal circumstances and medical commitments had to be taken into account. If I could give this review 10 stars it would be well deserved.

My experience with this company is not very good! I read some of the reviews and the good ones I just wonder if they were lucky. 2 different retailers in the Birmingham area and all they want rip you off and they go the extra mile for it.
I nearly accepted a car where they forgot to get the extras I asked for and I was still being charged for them...

Stay away from this company!
Their business model is borderline illegal, they finance deals awful and they lie to you, on my case, on several instances.

A massive thank you to Steve Bradbury for helping me with my purchase of a Suzuki S-Cross. He is a credit to Sutton Park Group, with his professionalism, knowledge of cars and excellent customer service skills. I have always been impressed with the customer service at Sutton Park Group, but he has taken it to another level. I will definitely keep on recommending Sutton Park Group to friends and family.
