I really like this place I just wish they would make their website easier to use. You have to put in your city and state each time it’s a pain. You cannot just go to the log on page like it use to do please fix your site and make it easier to log in without having to put city and state in each time.

I shop at the Delray Surterra Wellness Center I love the products and the staff is fantastic. Joey and others are very helpful and supportive when I purchase products. I would give the staff an A rating if I could. Float is my favorite product. Its consistently good.

I want to thank Zack very much for being so polite and making sure I had everything I needed. He went above and beyond, and it was my first experience at the drive through. Pouring rain and never left the car. It was great and my order was missing a sold out item, so I told him a percentage I was looking for, and he found it. Great 👍😃 job again Zack.
Please have more sales with lower prices. It would help me keep coming for sure. Competition definitely has lower prices and a lot more often.

The cannabis is margainal. The ‘float’ equipment they sell is garbage and the staff are simple. Too high to get the job done correctly.

Wonderful experience,the "flower tenders" were fantastic,Ben and my flower tenders for the day was Jesse,and he was fantastic!! He took his time with me,as I'm new to this and had many questions,but he was happy to help explain anything I asked,and was beyond incredibly knowledgeable!! Which was really great to learn some new things! I also appreciated that he not only didn't rush me,but he also didn't push me to buy anything,or get me to spend more money and also was happy to allow me to change my mind if I asked for something and then decided I didn't really need or want it. I appreciated that it was a relaxing,learning experience and didn't have someone pressuring me to buy expensive things or things that I may not even need,like,or really even want. It was a no pressure,no rush experience,and I can't recommend this business enough!! Wonderful staff,great products! 10/10⭐ for me!!

There are two dispensaries in my small city—one is Surterra -and is so much easier to shop, order and pick up—the other has so many hoops —-both offer discounts—
One easy example is Surterra allows you to add to your order right there in line—the other places you back in the walk in line-

I have a lot of nerve pain. I ask about the cbd rub/ Sav. It's amazing to calm down the nerves In my L-4 , L-5 lower back area . Also vape full spectrum vapes . I love them for anxiety. Great products and friendly folks!

I use to go to Trulieve until they made me wait almost 3 hours for a pick up order. not once but twice they did that to me. Also everytime I would go they would be out of product. Then someone told me about surterra I was hesitant to go because I knew it would be out of my comfort zone. Finally I was just to fed up with the way I was treated by Trulieve I tried surterra and man am I glad I did! Every time I walk into the building I’m greater with smiles and they ask me how my days been and I feel like I’ve know the staff my whole life. There very friendly and fast! Yea there a little more pricey but they always have deals and have product when I show up for the deals. I’d rather spend a little more and get good quality products and friendly service. So any way if you reading this and your trying to decide if it’s worth going here I can definitely say it is! Thank you Victoria and the rest of the surterra crew for making my pick up/ day a little easier!
