I just purchased a few vape items and one of the vape pens would not work right out of the package despite charging.

Products and prices are great,staff also but I leave town for a few months and all my points disappeared, over 800! I earned them and they shouldn't be taken away! Not very happy with this policy!

Caesar and the staff at Surterra at the Delray location are great. Always helpful, friendly, and the service is super quick and efficient.

This visit was my second and maybe my last!The first visit the middle aged lady associate was personable and informative,plus told me about any and all benefits since im on SSI Disability and SNAP as im a retired state employee even though I don't look as old as I am I appreciated being treated like a human BUT the young lady who took my order the seconfld visit was cold,couldn't tell me anything other than the sale prices of what I was trying to order,and never mentioned anything about what if any other benefits I qualified for since being on SNAP ect and even then she had this attitude like a "WOKE" entitled brat which I'm too old to deal with that and it's too bad,I thought they had the best concentrates too...

Old edibles and they will only replace if you have any allotment left, meaning they take from u to give to you

Even though their product was bad/stale/old, they gave no incentive to come back

Customer service lol she was the worse no care for the patient

Typical drug dealer feeling from this company and not a caring patient clinic

Surterra is not interested in helping you but rather taking your money. The Pensacola FL location has horrible customer service..and exceptional customer service starts with management. Just because a person applies for an open management position doesn’t mean they make a good manager. Finding the right dosage, strain is not universal for everyone & for every dispensary. I purchased several vapes that were the same. I attempted to exchange unopened, unused vapes in individually vacuumed sealed packages with the receipt for vapes that would better treat my medical needs. I was told I could not exchange. Other dispensaries were willing to provide exceptional customer service that helped assist with the medical needs of the customer. I pray this company doesn’t thrive as well as others bc the lack of care, concern, compassion, and genuine desire to help customers is deficient.

Everybody is always very helpful especially Dawn who waited on me today. They answer all my questions in a professional manner.

The first time I came in, Ty was really helpful and friendly. She help me pick out some flower and introduce me to bubble hash.

This time, I asked some questions about flower, and the girl at the desk just shoved the staple together, photocopied menu at me, refused to answer any questions, and literally said “it’s all on the menu, read it and tell me what you want. “

I am now on my way to the Cannabist in university, where they are always helpful and friendly.

The amount of products and atmosphere is wonderful. The only problem was the menu is a few pieces of paper stapled together. Only gave a 5 because of product and customer service. Get tablets!!!
