Surefit Carpets Ltd Anmeldelser

I had lvt flooring supplied and fitted by sure fit and I absolutely love it, it’s really finished my kitchen off. From start to finish I found all the staff very helpful and gave us great advice on the flooring that was right for us.

Excellent service , from the sales team to the fitting of the carpets. The carpets themselves are top quality I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service and all the fitters were very polite. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend the shop.

Surefit were very helpful in matching up the carpet that was already in the lower stairs of the house
The sales team were great friendly and helpful also the fitting rep and the fitting crew were great tidy and very nice the fitted the stair carpet to a top quality standard very happy

Just bought a house around the corner from the shop so called in to see if we could get measured up for 2 x bedrooms. They came out within a couple of days to measure up - installed a few weeks later (at my request to give us time to finish decorating). Really friendly staff, always eager to help and the carpets were a great price / quality. Will be back in touch later this year when we get our stairs carpet replaced! 👍🏻

Friendly no pressure service to door step. Fitter friendly and helpful also. Thank you.

Surefit are a excellent team , before Christmas we had kardine flooring fitted , they were very patient with me as I changed my mind a couple time , gave excellent advice, recently had a bed room carpet fitted by them , the one we took up was from them too and served us well for a few years , our order has gone in now for the stairs , so pleased with this company wouldn’t go anywhere else thank you for excellent service

Great selection of carpets. Good advice, friendly staff. Good fitting service. 100% recommend.

We had a carpet fitted a few years ago but Surefit and they helped us find the same product to order for another room. The team are very professional and friendly, from the Sales team, Customer Services through to fitment the whole experience was fantastic

We were able to choose the colour and type of carpet at home from there mobile van.
There fitters arrived on time of our appointment and assisted with the movement of an heavy mattress. They got on with the job with little fuss, leaving the room tidy and rubbish all bagged up ready for disposal.

I used Surefit Carpets for my lounge and hall carpets. They provided a proffesional service at a good price. I will use them again for my bedroom carpet.

Very helpful from start to finish. Came out after deciding which carpet we decided to have fully professional advice on cutting and fitting the carpet. Following that the carpet was excellently fitted and finished

Having used Surefit previously for Karndean LVT flooring, when we were ready for new carpets in 2 recently re-decorated bedrooms we visited their showroom again as our first choice. They had such a great range of products we had no issues finding exactly what we wanted with the help of the knowledgeable staff. The guys in the shop were not at all pushy and offered suggestions based on what we wanted and showed us options covering a range of budgets so we could choose the carpet we wanted with no nasty surprises. Once we had picked the carpet, we booked a visit to measure the space and get a quote. The representative came and we had the quote within 24 hours after which we called to book the work in. The turnaround time was fast and convenient. Likewise, on the day of the fitting, the job was completed swiftly and to the excellent standard I knew it would be based on the previous work we’d had done with Surefit. Our home renovation is ongoing and we will be back again when we’re ready for the next phase of carpets/flooring. At this point we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Product range 10/10
Service 10/10
Value for money 10/10
You only get this with the kind of local business that thrives on serving its local community and the service they offer reflects their passion to be the best in the area. You don’t get that with the big chains and franchises.

Excellent customer service from this place, great guys and great carpets. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and would million percent recommend.

Great service from the first point of contact through to the measuring and fitting of the carpets.

Great price, great quality product and very accommodating when booking my in for fitting. I shopped around and these had the better product and price. Will use again

The staff in the shop were very knowledgeable, helpful and polite as was the carpet fitter. The quality of the carpet was as described and fitted well.

Fantastic all round, person who came to quote was helpful and friendly with no pressure, the man in the office who sent the quote and booked the fitting couldn’t have been more helpful and the fitter was great, quick and tidy, great price too
100% all round thank you

Excellent customer service, Bryan came out with carpet samples and took the measurements for the 3 bedrooms, we were happy with the price and a week later the carpets were fitted.
The 2 carpet fitters were brilliant, they worked cleanly and efficiently, my only shock was they didn’t want a drink or biscuits, they just got on with the job.
So massive thanks to them as well.

Vinyl flooring fitted to bathroom. Came out same day as phone call with samples and fitted within the week .
Will use again .
