Did a full house refit, kept us well informed and delivered excellent customer service and finish
Great job

Very pleased with the sliding wardrobes fitted to a very high standard would certainly recommend Thankyou James and Kevin A++++

Measured up on the Wednesday well within the time frame arranged. All fitted and tidied up on the Friday. Daughter loves her new carpet! Thanks guys.

Helpful staff, onsite parking. Had 2 carpets fitted this year. Quick to respond to minor issue I had in the hallway. Fitters on time, friendly and helpful, no issues with moving furniture around that I was unable to move to another room. Was happy for me to take several samples home to view in the room under different lighting.

We had a home appointment, the salesman was polite and professional, we ordered, booked apointment. The fitters were on time and polite, helpful. We have a second carpet being fitted shortly.

I would reccommend this company.

Really efficient and the product looked exactly as described. Very happy!

Very satisfied with the service. The sales person was polite and helpful unlike some businesses that try to funnel you into the sale they want. We chose our date for fitting and were given a time slot for that day so there was no 'having to stay in all day waiting'. The fitter arrived promptly (in fact he was early) he was amiable and completed the fitting speedily and professionally. All-in-all a very good service and I would recommend them to others

I am really pleased with the carpet installation sirefit done in my house. They were friendly from beginning, from wen I entered the shop till the job was done. They even gave us extra day to move our furniture to the other room with no extra charges. I will def recommend them to anyone who needs their carpet fitting.

The carpet is beautiful, excellent customer service. The fitters were quick, efficient, friendly and so helpful. They even helped moving a heavy chair that had just been delivered and the delivery men couldn't wait till the carpet was down.

We have used surefire carpets for our last 2 carpets. Both times the staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The fitters are very professional and tidy. We would fully recommend surefire carpets!!

Superb customer service and fitting. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a new carpet

I do recommend Surefit Carpets they provide excellent service and their carpets are second to none

Order arrived early was very pleased , fitters were great no complaints I am delighted with this company would definitely use again

I wanted carpet tiles for my summer house, but I wasn't sure if they would be suitable. I went to the Surefit shop and got some very helpful advice. I chose the colour from quite a good range of tiles. The fitter came out within a week of my placing my order, and did a very good, professional job. The floor looks great. A week or so after the work was done, I received a courtesy call from Surefit, asking me whether I was satisfied with everything. Extremely good service from a knowledgeable and very helpful team.

Outstanding service from Paul and all his staff at Surefit Carpets.
Knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
Highly recommended.

Our second visit here after being well looked after the first time. They didn't disappoint and actually remembered us. They took time to let my little girl select the carpet for her room at her own pace and arranged very quick fitting date. The fitter did a great job and was very happy, and then I received a courtesy call a week later to check everything was OK. Great service, we will be back.

Excellent service and good price. Quote and work carried out within 7 days. Staff very helpful and work completed to a high standard.

Really fast efficient service. Lots of choice at good prices and we will definitely be back for more as we renovate our house.

This is the second time we have used Surefit Carpets and have received first class service both times. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Surefit to anyone. 💯 positive review and no negatives at all. Top class service from start to finish 👍

I am very pleased with my lounge carpet it looks amazing. I must say the staff at surefit were very patient and let me take samples home to match my room etc. This is the third carpet I have purchased from them and been pleased with all of them.
