LOAFER SHOPPING
In Sep 24, I bought a beautiful pair of loafers from the Milan store, ably assisted by Andrea. Unfortunately our stop in Milan (which was en route to a wedding in Lake Como) was overshadowed by a theft, in which all of our belongings were stolen.
I swore to myself that I would buy another pair from the store for my next big occasion and again Andrea was wonderful. He remembered my size and the style I like, matching it with my outfit.
He is a credit to your brand and the main reason why I'll be shopping with you guys whenever I want a fine pair of shoes.

Slipper Damaged when Delivered
I do not speak Italian, so I will have to answer in English. One of the slippers arrived with a flat spot in the velour on the right side, above the heal. It appears the shoe was pressed against the bottom of the box for an extended period of time. I did not have time to return the slippers before an event, so I am hoping the velour recovers, now that the slipper is out of the box.
