Had a fab experience at Superdry Rushden Lakes, thanks to Petrina! She helped me and looked after me, giving advice on an outfit for a party. She was happy to spend time with me making sure the dress was the right fit and colour. She really personalised my experience and I came away feeling like we already knew each other! She is a massive credit to Superdry and I highly recommend shopping there! Clare

We just had the best experience here today, and in all honesty it was not what I was expecting from Superdry!! It pretty much became a personal shopping experience for my daughter thanks to Petrina, who went above and beyond, pushed my daughter (13) out of her comfort zone and filled her with bags of confidence! Not a very good selection of T shirts for women, and none in a size 6.

I had received a gift of a coat through the post . The faux fur collar was very matted. So I thought I would take it back to a shop and see if they would help . I was worried about taking it back as I didn’t have a receipt. A member of staff (Oliver) was so helpful and reassuring. He exchanged it for one he had in the shop with no fuss. He is a credit to the shop . I really enjoyed the experience I had no reason to worry

Easy to order and swift delivery to my local store.

Came to exchange an item received for xmas that wasn't right for me. Olly and his manager made it extremely easy and were super helpful as i considered various replacements. Great customer service!

We had an issue with a gift voucher which needed resolving. We were served by Patrina who went out of her way to try and resolve the issue for us.

When it couldn't be resolved on the day, Patrina took our details and phoned back first thing Monday to resolve.

Very enjoyable experience at Superdry not been there for many years got fed up with the brand but like what they’re doing now.

Seems great quality at a good price.

I used to have Superdry clothing when I was younger but went off them when the brand started using lots of big logos however having recently brought a military style bomber jacket i was shocked at how good the fit and quality is, especially the inner hoodie zip and outer jacket zip very smart and well designed so I have since gone on to buy more jackets etc as I now love the brand again.

My favourite place to shop is Superdry at Rushden Lakes, Oliver and Petrina are so friendly and helpful and really knowledgeable, I shop here about once a month and always spend at least an hour in the store!
