Superdry - Bromley Anmeldelser 

I bought 3 tops for my daughters which they both really like. The staff in the shop (Bromley) were helpful as I wasn't sure about sizing. 1 top didn't fit and returning it was really easy.

I went to exchange the jacket given to me as a gift from my 18 year old son a few days back. As it was a gift there was no reciept, although the tags etc were all there. The price on the jacket was £70 and I was exchanging it for another. The cashier, mentioned as there is no reciept they can only give me £55 for the jacket, which was unfair as it was bought for £70 just a few days ago.
Very disappointed with the service and this logic, considering it was an exchange for a more expensive item especially as this was my sons first earnings.

A quick delivery, and a quick return. High quality of clothing

Ordered the same item that I had ordered 3 years before and it arrived on time and of the same high quality. Very pleased with my new slider slippers.

Great service from Superdry. Ordered a jacket in store as they didn't have my size. Very helpful staff put the order through and jacket arrived 2 days later at my home address. Absolutely thrilled with it. Thanks so much.

Right sizes, right fit, right goods

Returning the first order and promptly getting a refund without quibbles was great. I was able to re-order without being out of pocket.

Helpful staff - very polite and friendly. They always are in this Bromley store. Good selection of men’s and women’s items.

The coat I ordered was a lovely deep green, but it was too long on me so had to go back. Also although it was a nice slim shape, it widened a bit too much below the waist. Fast delivery and easy returns with click and collect.

Staff were helpful on phone checking if they had my jacket and size in stock. Kept it for me, very friendly when I arrived in the store. Service great and I am pleased with Jacket.

I ordered a jacket to come to the store. I got emails saying that they had delivered it and ready for pick up. Having turned up at the store. They couldn’t find the delivery. The notes said it had been delivered to the porch of the store and delivered by Amazon rather than the normal in house carrier

After spending 45mins - 1 hour there. With a really unhelpful team. Who said it wasn’t there. That there was nothing they could do. They said they couldn’t get another one delivered to the store because of the stock management system wouldn’t allow it.

They finally called customer service. And got a refund and just a 20% discount.

I could feel the security guard hovering in the back ground which made the whole experience awkward.

I think better training on customer service is needed in store and an update to your stock management is needed.

Got the jacket delivered from the website to my location and really not happy with the size or fit.

Good products but crammed onto rails so difficult sort out! Bad lighting ... too dark to see coats properly. Constant heavy beat music that actually made me feel panicky and anxious after 5 minutes. Not a pleasant shopping experience.
