We’ve felt supported every step of the way with SunSpaces. I don’t usually leave reviews unless I’m really unhappy OR over the moon, and I’m glad to say it’s the latter!

The team have been in consistent contact with us via email and call. A dedicated member of the team came to talk through plans, measured up and answered questions. Materials arrived quicker than expected and assembling took one day instead of the planned two days!

I’d honestly recommend this company to anyone, looking to make their outdoor living dreams come true.

I’ve been waiting to write a better review, hoping they would get my issue resolved first. But the issue with the awning has taken 3 months of them promising to fix it and I haven’t heard back. I can’t use it much because of the sun coming straight in certain days. There were also scratches on the doors which they also promised to fix. However, they did find the time to email me to pay the rest of the outstanding balance. It’s disappointing because the sunroom was a lifesaver and I appreciate the product, but the customer service is so terrible I had to leave this review. I’ve called multiple times now with no answer or they’re on holiday. I hope they fix their service and I’ll be happy to update the review if the issue gets resolved well.

UPDATE: I originally gave this two stars - however they did get in touch with me, and my sunroom is now perfect! The scratches were taken care of and the awning is installed.

Great product, has transformed our garden.

Ben was great in giving us what we wanted, James and Rhys were very professional and informative about the process of fitting the veranda, it’s a great addition which is useable whatever the weather

We had our Sunspace room fitted over a year ago and have been thrilled with it ever since.The process of purchase and installation went without hitch and we felt we had good service throughout. It has been a wonderful extension to both the house and garden; on a hot day both glass "walls" open up; in wet weather when the temperature is not so high we have enjoyed the protection and it's surprising what a little bit of sunshine will do to warm up the room. And last Christmas we decided to run a small space heater to warm it up and we had our family Christmas dinner in the sunroom! (see pic).

It was supposed to have been completed by 23.04.24 - they didn't send enough people to install the roof panels and one broke. One set of doors opened in the wrong direction. Even once all the roof panels were in and the doors corrected, it leaked badly.
It took from the 23.04.24 to 02.07.24 to come and put the roof panel glass in and in the meantime we were having to sweep the water away from our back door when it rained and to limit the damp damage. We have had to pay someone else to get it water proof because they weren't replying to us. They finally sorted the last snagging items 30.10.24. The only helpful person was Mike Colston.

So far really pleased with our Aspire Veranda. After looking at a few options we went for this one. Dimitar was very thorough in explaining how it was made and it was great to see samples beforehand.
Installation by Ben and his team was efficient and tidy. The guys were friendly and always happy to answer any questions we had.
Just waiting for some sunny weather now.

Sunspace Glass Vendra

We were very pleased with the exceptional customer service we received throughout the entire process. The Vendra looks stunning at night with the LED lights installed.
The installation team was very organized and professional.

To say we are thrilled with the veranda is an understatement, it’s superb. Darren and the team made the installation a dream…so professional, friendly and customer focussed. In fact throughout the entire process starting with yourself and Ben to the install team, not forgetting your delivery guy.

We will be recommending your product as it gets compliments from friends and family.

Sunspaces initially seemed to be the go to company - they gave a quote the very next day, was competitively priced and followed through with installation. Soon (within days of installation) they contacted us and asked to leave a review in exchange for £20 Amazon voucher. We were happy and did so. Small issue but still irritating - voucher never materialised. The issue however is that very soon the one door’s draft excluder came off and one lock would not work. Locks we paid £90 a lock for! We phoned and phoned and they postponed all the time in terms of getting it fixed - saying they busy and don’t have contractors in SE Kent. Eventually they sent a locksmith from our local area to attend to lock as we had valuables in the space but issue was not resolved. We continued to mail and phone and the outcome is still ‘We are busy, don’t have anybody in the area’. This was 4 months ago. So we had a working space for a few days and ongoing problems since then. Still just empty promises. So I would avoid them if you are thinking they will honour warranty or provide a follow-up service!

Installers did a great job!

After the order was placed and a 6 week lead time given, I received no contact, despite chasing the CS team on two occasions for an install date. I was eventually contacted and provided with a date. This was then moved twice for various reasons.
The install team which eventually arrived were sub-contractors who were very messy workers. They left the site in a mess (aluminium shards from cutting metal left all over my patio) which were dangerous to my dog and cat. I spent hours each night tidying up after them. The initial install had to be postponed as the runners for the doors did not arrive with the glass so I had to wait a week for another team to come to make good all the snags caused by the first team. Still waiting for one item to be addressed nearly four weeks later!

Solaris Verandah: We are extremely pleased with the Solaris Verandah, the quality of the materials are excellent. I must admit that I had doubts ordering a diy product, unsure how good the installation would be, however, we engaged an excellent tradesman to assemble the product and fix it in place. Ben Balding did an excellent job by providing information on the verandah and arranging delivery to Edinburgh. This is my fifth order from Prima Porcelein/SunSpaces and each order has been provided with a 5* service.

Generally a good experience , the surveyor was knowledgeable and brought samples. 3D drawings were provided and the finished verandah was very close to them. The installation team were friendly and hardworking and checked details of lighting and the retractable blind with us when necessary. All waste was removed.

Great Job!

I had compared a few different veranda designs & suppliers, but the Aspire had the edge. Everyone at Sunspaces was very helpful, and not at all pushy. The install team arrived the week before Christmas, and managed to install our veranda in the rain. Top job!

Twelve months on and we love our SunSpaces glass veranda more than ever! It's enhanced our house and we love chilling there with friends and family. The sales process was very straightforward and delivery and installation went exactly as promised. Highly recommended.

After evaluating a few vendors, we finally made the decision to go with SunSpaces for our sunroom. Key factors that helped us were:
1) excellent salesmanship;
2) able to touch the specimen materials;
3) virtual illustration of the sunroom with our house pics; and
4) competitive price.

Not only that, our installation experience was also fantastic, both guys were pros at it and had very pleasant personalities. They calmly heard me nit picking a few things and addressed them too.

Finally the design of the sunroom proved to be so practical that we can't pat ourselves on the back enough for choosing it. The sliding glass doors on the 3 sides really offer so much flexibility in terms of accessibility and ventilation.

I started working out of the sunroom as soon as the winter subsided a bit and got loads of positive feedback. Every is just in awa at how beautiful it looks.

Overall a fantastic experience.

I can honestly say from my experience I was very impressed with the service from survey to fitting.
I was kept informed of each stage.
I am thrilled with my new outdoor space and use it daily.
The quality of the structure is fabulous.
