Student Storage Box Anmeldelser

I used Student Storage Box to move my boxes and suitcases from London to NYC 4 weeks ago, since DHL picked up my items, I received no update from Student storage. 4 weeks later DHL contacts me regarding a suitcase that got returned to my old address. Zero customer service, zero notification from Student Box. I paid near £ 1k for an incomplete service. I am completely unable to figure out if my 4 other boxes and suitcases will make it to me in NYC and I dont know what to do with the suitcase that is left behind.

Student Storage Box team, if you see this I don’t want a useless apology answer, I want am update on when my items will arrive and a re-collection/delivery of the suitcase that was returned to the UK.

Very simple instructions that’s re easy to follow. Website is clear and simple. Not too much of a cost for the length of time. All items returned promptly in perfect order

When my boxes arrived some were even opened and torn. I had glass products in the boxes wrapped in bubble wrap and they were ALL broken, the box was literally leaking with glass. They didn’t even communicate properly, paying weakly for such poor service and just for my items to be broken.

Easy to use service, best value for money in my area, no damage to any of my items

Storage
used the service for my son at uni. They sent out the boxes to pack and easy collection by driver. No complaints about the whole process. was even easier to arrange redelivery of my storage to my new accommodation. The driver was there before me! Great Service will use them again at the end of this year!

I have used Studnet Storage box service every summer for the past three years in university and I have had a great experience everytime, they deliver on time whether it’s their label holders or your luggage, it’s all done very smoothly. Once you’ve booked the service and placed your luggage at reception, it’s all good.
Will definitely recommend 👍👍👍

Four boxes were to be delivered today but it's already past the delivery time and I have nothing. I waited in the house the whole day and this has to be the most frustrating experience ever. The online portal does not provide a tracking number so I can't follow up even if I want to. Now I am questioning whether the potential collection will be a similar experience.

Instruction are easy to follow, simple and clear response from customer service, the best thing is provide free boxed and tapes which help a lot. A nice storage experience with SSB.

Straight forward process and cost friendly. Any queries were also answered quickly and efficiently. Would recommend, and would use again.

It was a fantastic experience. They were very friendly and went out of their way to help me. I made a mistake with my booking, but thanks to them, my parcel arrived safely. Thank you!

This is my second time using Student Storage Box and I’ve been really happy both times. The process is simple, affordable compared to other options, and the team are very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I had a really good experience using Student Storage Box. The whole process was straightforward, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The workers were very helpful and made sure I understood how it all worked, which made the move much less stressful. My things were handled with care, and I felt confident they were in good hands. I’d definitely recommend them to other students who need reliable and friendly storage services.

I have used their service once. They moved my items from the UK to Austria quickly without any damage. The service is reasonably priced. They respond to all queries quickly.

I have used it two times last year and last 2 years. I quite satisfied with the service but if you have allergy about your skin I suggest you to wear a face mask and hand gloves.

Very recommendable. The process was easy. I would love it more if the tracking was a bit easier.

I have used this service a few times now, both storage and just moving. I’ve always had a great experience with them and communication is great!

3rd time ive used SSB and once again excellent service, with my sons uni being in Belfast and us in England it was a really good service, well priced and reliable

Why my review was deleted? Very good service for my son studying for his second master's degree. Happy to recommend this service.

It was my first time using a storage service. Honestly I was worried whether it would be safe but I had a good overall experience. The collection and pickup were very smooth and quick. I didn’t know where I will be during return time, so it was good to have the option of providing a return address later.

I was very satisfied with the overall experience. Quick and easy, and the price is very reasonable. Had no problems ever and I have used them twice. I would trust them again to store my stuff over this summer too.
