Stratstone - Porsche Centre Wilmslow Anmeldelser 

Purchased parts for my vehicle from Porsche Wilmslow and Davey and Josh were most helpful as usual. Nothing too much trouble and I would highly recommend.

Recently bought a Targa from this centre. There was a bit of a hiccup upon pick up and delivery which in all honesty I was pretty disappointed with (had it delivered by covered trailer). But once made aware of these issues Samuel and Ryan truly went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Problems happen, how a dealership responds to them is a true sign of good management and these guys delivered. JW

Ladies on reception were very welcoming and full of smiles. Chap in parts was extremely helpful. I bought a hoodie, tee-shirt and a water bottle. I'd also like to thank the chap who answered my sons questions on the cars. If you like your cars, then i can definitely recommend popping into the Porsche garage, Wilmslow.

As stated before, Porsche Wilmslow is not the closest dealership to me but I prefer the friendly people & service I have experienced over the years.
Although the work on my car overran, I was kept informed in a timely manner so my day wasn't spoiled waiting for something that wasn't going to happen.

My experience with Porsche Wilmslow has been nothing but amazing from the initial call I made to the dealership to the dealing with my issues and meeting several members of staff. I had recently bought a used Taycan from another dealership and having driven it for about 10 days I noticed the brakes were not function correctly and then rang two other local Porsche dealers who said they could not fit me in until the end of January 2024 to look at this issue despite me telling them t was urgent. I then called Wilmslow and spoke to a wonderful lady called Michelle in service and explained the same problem as I did the the other two dealers. Not only was she emphatic and then said she would try and the help as best she could despite not having any free time until the new year. She managed to rearrange things in her busy service schedule and swap things and and got me an appointment with a Taycan specialist within 2 days and I dropped my car off to her this morning. As soon I got in she booked me in and I also explained I could not charge the car last night due to the grid issue and she got my car on charge straight away. They identified the issue and now have a solution to what was a serious issue that needed to be resolved, I cannot thank enough her enough and the professional approach she has. I was also introduced to Charles at the dealership this morning as I was not fully upto speed with all the controls and he sorted things out within 10 minutes and invited me into the dealership next week where he will do some training with me. I also met Chloe, Lisa and Jamie-Lea who were all so pleasant, friendly and professional. Keep up this amazing work guys ! Ajay

I would highly recommend Porsche Wilmslow and their staff. I recently bought a pre-owned 2017 Macan. The staff had great rapport with each other and the atmosphere was relaxed, warm and friendly. I was looked after by Sean and Charles. Both Sean and Charles were genuinely interested and answered any questions I had. The day I collected my car was very special and Charles taught me how to use my Macan properly and offered a full masterclass at a later date once I got used to the basics. I never thought that buying my first Porsche would be this easy and that Porsche Wilmslow would be this down to earth and such a friendly bunch. Well done and thank you!

I had to argue and explain my situation( to several agents) to get a courtesy car. There was no concern whatsoever. Really poor communication between departments.

Service from Chloe at Stratstone service was brilliant. Porsche Assistance hopeless, Car not collected for repair, lies from Europcar about contact same as last time, AA acting for Porsche Assistance rude and incompetent. Fortunately Chloe managed everything instead.
