Having recently visited the Porsche Wilmslow service department, all I can say is if you are a Porsche Owner, I would suggest comparing the price between this dealer and other Porsche dealers on the price of servicing. I think you will be surprised on what you find, as they are all quoting for exactly the same work specified by the manufacturer. I have just checked with another dealer for the same service and I could not believe the difference in cost, it was shocking!

From booking my vehicle in and being kept updated on progress the service was flawless, the staff are always very helpful and friendly, I couldn’t recommend them enough, keep up the great work!

Extremely disappointing service at Porsche Wilmslow. I would recommend anyone considering having their Porsche serviced here to be very careful and go elsewhere. Lack of clarity , no estimates , no consent, huge assumptions made. invoiced for £6000 for repairs and service.
it transpires they charge £264 plus VAT for labour.
In comparison locally in Stockport Merc £175 inc Vat , Maserati £180 plus vat , Lamborghini £200 plus Vat.
Cleaning out water drain channels around doors for my Porsche Macan £336 plus VAT, not agreed in advance. Mobil oil which i can purchase for £9.99 inc vat charged at £29.50 plus vat. huge mark up on an oil change. Avoid Avoid Avoid .

I dealt with Chloe, and she was extremely helpful. She was prepared before I arrived, she was professional and polite at all times, and couldn’t have done any more for me.

Took 8 weeks to receive a call back from the service desk after calling three times, each time being told no-one is available to speak. To make matters worse, the gentleman I (eventually) spoke to after 8 weeks was completely apologetic, refusing to acknowledge that this was terrible service.

Sadly not the first time I've had issues with poor attitudes and communication from various staff members at this Porsche Centre.

I have struggled with the customer service element of Porsche Wilmslow. Bought a Taycan in April 2024, the car has been back on a number of occasions for various issues. One issue we reported after taking the car was the passenger window. On occasion the window is very slow to operate and makes a loud screeching sound. 6 months later we still have the issue. On speaking to Porsche, they have never even looked at this issue. We were told it is due to the fault being intermittent and they have never seen the window operate in that manner. So I videoed the issue and on recently attending the garage for a different issue, I showed the video to the service rep. I was told that the car would get booked in, it would take 3 days and the intricacies of the fix were explained. To clarify, the video is of the passenger window squeaking loudly and moving very slowly whilst the car is being driven. Below is the response I have now had from the service manager, who totally disregards the issue with clearly no intent on fixing this. (And if he watched the video it is beyond clear that the car is being driven, it was on a dual carriage way at the time).
"The door windows operate at a much slower speed on Porsche Taycan's when the ignition is switched 'off'. I have compared this operation on another Porsche Taycan of the same model year and can confirm that this is a normal operating condition."
In between all of this, the only reason I even got a response from Porsche Wilmslow at all is due to the fact I emailed Krishan Bodhani directly. I become fed up of no return calls from Wilmslow. I also spoke to the central customer care team and they did not respond either.
No words. I feel embarrassed for Porsche that this their standard of customer service.

Visited Porsche Wimslow 5th September 2024 to view a Taycan and other models.
I was very warmly greeted by Sally on reception. She is wonderful, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
The I met Samantha in sales who was totally professional, expert on all the models, features and every aspect. She gave her total attention for 4 hours and was the nicest sales person I have ever met.
I cannot praise both Sally and Samantha highly enough.
I also spoke to other members of staff who were all so very kind and helpful.
Porsche Wimslow you are by far the best. It will be a pleasure to buy a lovely Porsche from your centre

I can honestly say I haven't been anywhere where the staff are as helpful. They were just fantastic. Very friendly. Very welcoming. Just ace!

I have had the pleasure of being looked after at Porsche Wilmslow by Mr. Nick Harling. Nick was a true gentleman from my first visit to the show room inquiring about the new all electric Taycan. Nick's welcome, hospitality, sincerity, clarity and support was second to none. He made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable and at ease to ask questions. He supported me and answered my various doubts and queries with greatest patience and I can honestly say, if it was not for his support and professionalism, I would not have been a proud owner of an all electric new 2024 Porsche Taycan today. Nick advised & assisted me with ordering and the early fitting of the home EV charger. He further helped me with my Porsche personal id and on line account registrations, as well as arranging a test drive and the master class with lovely Sienna who was very very professional and kind in going through all the the new features and technical details of this superb new Taycan. Nick also offered and arranged the extra 3 years Tyre & Alloys insurance, as well as the total Surface, interior and Alloys Ceramic Platinum Protection Plus. All in all a 10/10 service. I am most grateful to Nick and the entire sales and after sales team at Porsche Wilmslow for this most wonderful and professionally outstanding service. A head & shoulder above the rest.
