I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experiences with your service department. While I have always found your staff to be lovely and have no complaints about their demeanor, I have encountered several issues with the service department's operations.

Specifically, I have experienced unreturned calls, incomplete work under guarantee, and a request to service my car that had already been completed two months prior.

Friendly, prompt service undermined by extortionate first service costs, which when coupled with crippling depreciation should make you think twice before looking at new Porsche. EV's have regen breaking, leading to lower brake wear, and therefore a scheduled brake fluid change on a 1st service also feels like a cynical way to justify further charges.

You collected the car as agreed, kept me informed and returned the vehicle clean and on-time.

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit not blowing cold air. My car is under warranty so I called Porsche assist who sent a chap over who did various tests which he emailed to Porsche Sutton Coldfield and also booked my car to be seen by them. He told me exactly what a chap from an independent garage told me that there’s a fault with the unit and it’s not taking the air conditioning gas in.
A couple of days later I had a call from the dealers asking if I’m prepared to pay £380 to diagnose the issue.!! I was confused and tried explaining why would I pay if my car is under warranty and that all diagnostics should be carried out under this warranty however they insisted that to do the tests I needed to pay which I don’t understand. I bought my car back as I’m not prepared to pay this amount as I believe I’m being conned. I had a very similar issue with my Audi Q8 and they covered it all under my warranty. The experience with Porsche has put me off buying another in the future.
Just an update another Porsche service centre fixed the issue without even mentioning of any charges as the warranty did cover the fault as I assumed.

Service centre is terrible. Save yourself some pain and go elsewhere…

My experience with Porsche Sutton Coldfield has been nothing short of disgraceful. I booked my car in over a month in advance for a simple diagnostic on the rear light-bar on a Porsche Macan, and was assured it would take two hours. When I arrived to drop the car off, that magically changed to two days, not because the work was complex, but because they had overbooked themselves. In other words THEIR poor planning became my problem.

To make matters worse, they offered no courtesy car and absolutely no effort to make things right. The attitude was cold, dismissive, and frankly insulting.

When I later tried to escalate this by email, I had to send three separate complaints before receiving the most pathetic response imaginable - a soulless acknowledgement of receipt. No explanation, no resolution, no accountability.

This dealership is a stain on the Porsche name and certainly tarnished the brand in my eyes. They hide behind the badge but deliver service that wouldn’t be acceptable at a bargain-basement used car lot. Fortunately I've since visited Porsche Portsmouth and Porsche Wolverhampton and experienced significantly better service, more in keeping with what you would expect. This has gone some way to restore my faith in Porsche as, if this experience at Statstone is what “Porsche service” looks like, then the brand should be ashamed.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering using an official Porsche Centre to take their business elsewhere and will happily endorse Wolverhampton. They’ve shown they don’t value their customers’ time, money, or brand loyalty and they certainly don’t deserve your business from this experience.

Issue wasn't rectified and has been booked in again, plus valeting of exterior resulted in the car being returned dirty than at the drop off point.

Porsche Sutton Coldfield through the excellent presence of George Sharrard, provided open, honest and reassuring support during the specification, ordering and eventual handover of the 2026 911 Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet. Very well done and thank you.

Room for improvement in answering the telephone. Booking an appointment time could be improved.
Visiting the dealership was good - friendly courteous and very helpful receptionists who have recently started work there

Anton was great and kept me informed through the process (routine service), but there were issues carrying out the work on my car, which resulted in me having to change my plans, go back to the dealership the following day to have these rectified and also book the car back in for further parts to be replaced under warranty - I can't help but feel this could have been avoided. Ultimately, I handed over £1,105 and have a car that is now worse than when I dropped it off.

Poor and Untrustworthy Service from the Sutton Coldfield branch. Terrible communication from the site manager.

Arrived at 09.00 hrs Monday. No waiting. Dealt with by Anton Brown & ready at the time promised

My Porsche cayenne went in for its major service, I got it back with a oil leak, took it back and was told an oil seal wasn’t fitted correctly, they had the car for a week, got the car back to find out it was still leaking oil out of the under tray, I was told it’s probably left over residue from the previous leak, which didn’t give me much confidence as it should have all been cleaned, anyway it was again looked at, now I was told it needs a new sump, ( at my cost) even though the car was completely fine before going in for a service.
The car was booked in to have the sump replaced and was told it would take 4 hours to do, I said I’d come back in the morning to pick it up, arrived the next morning to find it wasn’t ready still and the have no courtesy cars available so basically it’s tough, it’s now been 4 weeks with no car, I constantly have to chase them for updates and all I get it ( the sealant for the sump was off and it’s been discontinued so we are waiting for a reply from Porsche on what to use) but in the meantime I’m left without a car for now over a month, customer service is horrendous, it’s actually put me off owning a Porsche

Sarah in the Service department was extremely helpful and helping me sort out a few niggles with no stress to me, for which I am extremely grateful. Also, Special mention to Fay and Sharon on reception for their very warm and welcoming demeanour. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the team at the Porsche Centre Sutton Coldfield, and I will be returning.

Staff were friendly and helpful whilst I dropped off my car. I then renewed my warranty when collecting and was supported by Olga who went through the details in full.
