Just awful experience every time
Worst experience ever. Never have they successfully managed to give me a better than below average experience when forced to take my Porsche in for its regular work when it stops working/goes wrong/ has issues which is regularly. Staff turnover seems high, especially at the important top end which would explain the poor experience.

I recently had a very disappointing…
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Porsche Centre Sutton Coldfield.
As usual, I was informed just one day before my appointment (scheduled for 16 March 2026) that no courtesy car would be available. This seems to be a recurring issue, and it’s extremely inconvenient. Despite this, I still went ahead and dropped my car off at my own expense and had to arrange my own transport.
I was expecting an update on my vehicle on the day of the service, but there was no communication at all from the service team. I had to repeatedly call the centre just to get basic updates. Each time, I was told that someone from the service team would call me back, but no one ever did. This happened multiple times over two days.
Eventually, I received a text message in the afternoon regarding faults, and only then was I able to get through to someone after insisting they take my call. This level of communication is simply unacceptable for a premium brand.
To make matters worse, I was charged £800 for the service. For an electric vehicle, much of this—such as annual brake fluid changes—feels unnecessary and like a waste of money. More importantly, the time and inconvenience caused by the lack of organisation and communication are far more frustrating than the cost itself.
Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience. I expect much better from Porsche, especially in terms of communication, planning, and customer care.

Faulty wing mirrors, and MOT
Booked my car for remedial work to faulty wing mirrors and MOT, told to leave the car for one day,
No contact to inform me that the work would take longer. I phoned to enquire about my car, I was told that they would ring me back this did not happen.
I had a call 3 days later about 4.30pm to say that my car is ready, I ask if they could bring the car to my home address, there was no response. The morning of the 4th day I picked the car up at 10am.
A few hours later I had a call from them saying that they did not have a driver to return my car to my home address, I informed them that I had already picked my car up, within an hour after the above call I had another call telling me that my car was ready to be picked up, obviously the left doesn’t know what the right is doing. As you may gather from this review, I was not very impressed.

Horrendous ! Worst experience ever!
I don't usually write reviews and understand things can go wrong but my god these guys take it to another level of poor service.
I would recommend avoiding this Porsche centre at all costs.
Customer service is atrocious took over 2 weeks to get my car back after giving it in for a simple oil service.
0 Comms , constantly chasing up with promises to call backs that never happened was given several return dates only for me to chase up on the day and be told " Oh the car is not ready today we will have someone call you back with an update".
Nobody is calling you back until you chase up to find out. I had to get my own rental car as they did not care enough to provide a courtesy car.
I could go on and on but its not worth wasting more time !

Not trusted
I was quoted £800 for a service all in and was told it didn't need spark plugs... Whilst it was being serviced they rang me to say it needed spark plugs to keep the warranty and that it was a extra £700 a total rip off... Finally after complaining they changed me a extra £320. I knew I shouldn't of used this dealership as on a previous Porsche they charged me for a replacement aux belt but didn't do the work, so did they change my plugs on this visit. You pay over £1k and don't even get a vehicle health check

had my car recalled for 5 times for battery issue during 2 years for my taycan gts, communication and service is not up to the standard you would expected from Porsche, wrote a complain email to management team to report the experience, did not even get a formal reply from them, very disappointed.
