I first reported my breakdown for my…
I first reported my breakdown for my discovery sport on 22nd Nov 2023. It took a month to get it booked in for diagnostic on 22nd Dec 2023, after trying numerous times of unanswered calls to service centre.
They found dpf faulty and needs replacing. I say needs.....as of to date 22nd Feb 2024 it hasn't been done.
3 months has passed.
I tried to complain to landrover head office, who only got the repairs manager to call me, this was on the 22nd Jan 2024. The manager told me they were dealing with 13 dpf replacements. So I asked him that I should just wait for a call then? Still waiting.
It's going to be interesting to see how long it is before I receive that call, mot due in April, probably fail because of this.
I don't understand the silence from the repairs centre. The fact that I have to chase up for repair is a joke.
It will be a pleasure to have car fixed, so I can sell it asap and cut ties with this company.

Happy again
It's nice to be dealt with by the same friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team. It's not cheap, but the staff go out of their way to ensure that we can keep our lovely family car going mile after mile.

Recently purchased a Land Rover from Stratstone Land Rover Nottingham. Vehicle arrived immaculate, there were a few small issues. We dealt with Rosie Sawyer and a few other team members regarding getting the issues resolved, and I am blown away by the level of customer service we have received, it's been nothing short of exceptional!! They have gone over an above for us, arranged for a courtesey car whilst my vehicle is being looked at and even identified things that I never picked up and had them repaired. Their communication has been great. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership, they go above and beyond, which is rare in this day and age.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service - drop your car off and hear nothing again until it’s fixed - 1 day, 2 days, 5 days - who knows?! Seems that none of the phones work in the service dept - or everyone is so busy they don’t have time to answer.

The worst customer service
The worst customer service. Misled and told lies to then when complained they were condescending and rude. On top of the over inflated prices not sure about the quality of the service but time will tell. Reported to Jaguar UK
