Stratstone - Land Rover Nottingham Anmeldelser 

I purchased a brand new Range Rover Evoque Plug-In Hybrid from Stratstone Nottingham JLR. This is my 7th brand new car, so I know exactly what to expect from a premium brand — and this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare from the very first day.

First major issue: I specifically ordered the car with a black contrast roof — they delivered it WITHOUT the black roof. I paid for it, I ordered it, and it was missing — and still nothing has been properly resolved.

Second major issue: The seat covers arrived with heavy wrinkles and creases from day one. With under 2,000 miles on the clock, the seats already look like they belong in a 10-year-old vehicle — completely unacceptable for a premium Range Rover.

The most frustrating part? Land Rover UK headquarters AGREED to replace the seats under warranty — but Stratstone Nottingham REFUSES to do the work. They simply won't cooperate, won't book it in, won't take ownership, and won't help. I'm stuck between a manufacturer that wants to fix it and a dealership that just doesn't care.

All I get is endless appointments, delays, excuses, and silence. Nobody takes responsibility, nobody calls back, and nobody at Stratstone Nottingham is listening.

My honest advice: NEVER buy from Stratstone Nottingham JLR. If you want a Land Rover — go to ANY other dealership. Other Stratstone locations are good — but Nottingham is absolutely terrible. Premium price, zero quality control, and the worst aftersales service I have ever experienced. Avoid.

Easy to book an appointment. Work carried out without any fuss or delay. Reception staff are always courteous and helpful along with the technicians. Well done to all the team.

They seldom answer the phone and don't return messages, relayed to them via the sales team. I had my car serviced, but the technician had failed to log it in the system. I had to return the car to the service centre for the technician to log it as having ben serviced. Not a word of apology for the inconvenience it caused, nor offer of a seat or drink whilst I waited.

You did not complete all the tasks that I asked you to do and you did not inform me about this when I collected the vehicle, which still has issues which need to be attended to.

Always a good experience, friendly staff and very helpful. I travel out of my way to go to stratstones Nottingham, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Sending me to the wrong garage for a service. Not clearly letting me know what to expect. Not getting all the recall notices completed so the car has to go back. I did let the garage know when I booked the car in for service. When I booked the car in for service it was booked for an mot which it didn't need. When I went to collect the car I was kept waiting for at least 20 minutes before the agent spoke to me. I had to ask for an invoice. I was disappointed that the car wasn't washed!!

Laura was very friendly and professional. Kept me informed throughout my time in the service centre. She explained the costs to me and went through the health check. Outstanding service from my initial enquiry right up to handing the keys back to me. To all JLR owners I would highly recommend Stratstone JLR Nottingham

I have bought Jaguars from Stratstone Nottingham and they have serviced it since. They have been consistently excellent in every way. Lovely staff, they are always helpful and the car comes away clean every time. Nice coffee too! Special mention to Simon today who was great.
