The customer service we received when we purchased our car was excellent. All the team were friendly and professional but our Sales Executive, Craig Allan, was superb! Nothing was too much trouble and we felt he went above and beyond to deliver a 10/10 service. We are able to keep in touch if needed, which is always met with quick and informative responses. So even after the sale we have been provided with very good customer care. Thank you!

Had video health check and Dealer found that the under floor cover was missing. The vehicle had been brought from this dealer less than a year ago why is the
part missing if a full inspection would have been caried out before the sale.

The cars are attractive but there are fundamental design problems and are very unreliable, that coupled with a shocking after sale service and total lack of accountability, means I will never buy a Jaguar or Landrover again.

Car only went in for recall work. But Stratstones still treated us as regular customers, and even washed our car. Alex in service was great. Thank you.

Waiting time not ideal but a good service
On entering the dealership I had to wait around 10 minutes to be booked in for the service which is less than ideal. I was also only called at 5.30 to say the car was ready, which as the dealership closes at 6pm only gave me 30 minutes notice to pick up. The service and subsequent car wash however was good, as was the collection procedure, they also reduced the cost of my service which I was very happy with.
