I would not buy an Audi again due to the service I’ve received over the last 3 years

Very very disappointed with the service. Very unprofessional and irresponsible people work there. I called so many times for my car but Never update me. On top of that they messed up my car. Never ever recommend.

March 13th my car was booked in for MOT and inspection, the car was given a clean bill of health with everything in the green other than overdue gearbox oil change which has been booked in. roughly a week afterwards we had planned for a trip to Isle of skye so we made our way up to Edinburgh and then next day up to gairloch, but as we got near Edinburgh we could hear a slight rumble which was slowly getting worse, next day on the way to gairloch we stopped at a garage who told us it's the wheel bearing so we trued to get it into a garage but no one had available spaces for the work to be done, I done some reasearch and found that not only on a mot are your bearings meant to be checked but also on the cars health check, so two opportunities to find a small issue or potential fault with the bearing that wasn't picked up, and further to add I'm not sure the wheels where even removed to check, on the health check video audi send you the wheels are still attached which proves behind the actual wheel wasn't checked throughly, also I'm aware ways of checking bearings is to spin the wheel but 5 mechanics told me you can't do that as easy with a automatic as its attached to the gearbox drive system, so why not remove the wheel and physically and visually check the gubbins and bearings to make sure no seals are worn etc, because they've given me a clean bill of health when actually it wasn't which is now going to cost me money to fix because the mechanic couldn't be bothered to remove the wheels and throughly check the workings of the wheel where all ok just a good thing I wasn't doing a roadtrip into Europe

Competent informative and friendly staff.

Emailed me several times to book in a service that they said was due. Took the car in first thing for the service. They called at 4pm to collect the car and when we got there they said it wasn't serviced as it wasn't due one. No apology. Why wait until 4pm to tell me the error?! Even better why email several times saying the service was due / overdue?! Whole day wasted due to their incompetance.

Bought bike rack accessory and no one has shown me how to use…just been left with the manual which I don’t understood

I had a service done on the 05 Feb they found that the bottom ball joint had gone on the passenger side .The car was a warranty on it for two years so I expected it to be covered under the warranty but I was told that it could not be done because the would have to fill a form in to go to the insurers to be evaluated that was on the Wednesday on Monday I rang up 4 times only to be told that the person I was dealing with was busy and I had no response from them.on my 5th go Igot Jamie who was very helpful and gave me the insurance number who I rang only to be told that they had NOTrecieved any request from Audi .I rang audi back and asked to speak to the service manager who agai was very helpful. He sent a request to the insurance and within half an hour got an answer that the job could be done under warranty. But I had to wait for 4 working days for an answer. Surely if a car is given a warranty there is no need for all this waiting around . Why is there a problem in getting a curtesy car I asked to have one and was told it would be 6 weeks wait before I could get one.Acompany as big as Audi should have plenty of cars .

What happened? Car went into workshop last Tuesday for oil change. I asked jack could someone look at a damaged trim on front bumper. On return jack got a quote for damage which I accepted and booked in for Wednesday 5/2. On the 4th I had a voice mail which I missed until I was driving to garage. Voicemail was asking what bonnet I need ordering. I called up to be asked what bonnet trim I wanted fitted which I didn’t want I want the bumper repairing as was booked in. Nothing had been ordered as no one knew anything, I kept getting told “ I’m in the dark with this job” all jack had done was load the quote but no information with parts on. I popped in as I was on the way anyway so the technician could see what to order. Again several times getting told I’m in the dark with this job. I was informed the job was going to be nearly a £1000 as jack had quoted wrong parts after getting car inspected whilst in for oil change. How can this happen the car gets inspected twice and get 2 completely figures.
What would you like us to do to resolve your issue? I would like your thoughts and explanation on this. Please call me with your findings.

7+ months to resolve a warranty issue but only because I had to keep chasing.
Simply forgot to carry out a booked brake fluid change as part of a recent visit.
Booked a 3 hour wait slot, took almost 6 hours.
Joke.

I don't mind travelling to Warrington to have my car serviced here as I'm treated like a valuable customer and the work which has been done on my etron has been fantastic everytime.
My local Audi dealer could learn a thing or two from Audi Warrington.
Keep up the great work Audi Warrington.

Good service and kept informed throughout

work was completed as required. Better if the service due in a month after was performed at the same time. This may have been restricted by the leasecompany
