Extremely Disappointing Experience with Audi Warrington
My experience with Audi Warrington has been nothing short of frustrating. After purchasing a vehicle on 25/10/2024, it developed multiple faults within days, including a brake fluid warning and a dead battery that left me stranded. I raised a formal rejection under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 due to these issues, but the dealership's response was dismissive and unhelpful.
To add to the ordeal, upon temporarily collecting the vehicle on 19/11/2024, I discovered an unauthorized repair to a windscreen crack that occurred while the car was in their possession. Despite clear evidence, Audi Warrington denied responsibility and claimed I should "expect such cracks" in a second-hand car. This attitude is unacceptable, especially when the damage was not present at the time of purchase.
Repeated follow-ups via email have been ignored, and their after-sales service has been appalling. I also raised the matter with Audi UK and Audi Finance, yet the lack of accountability and transparency from all parties involved has been deeply disappointing.
I strongly advise against dealing with Audi Warrington. The lack of professionalism and refusal to take responsibility for their actions is completely at odds with the standards expected from a premium brand like Audi.

Appalling service & deceit.
Booked a service for my wife’s car at Stratstone Warrington Audi 7 weeks before actual service. Booking process now a nightmare since it became centralised (off-shore call centre?) Took 3 attempts & then confirmation quoted wrong slot. Difficult getting back in contact to correct their mistake. Made the 51 mile journey to service appointment to be advised that service couldn’t happen until a recall defect had been fixed. No prior notice or warning had been given & the dealership just blamed Audi for not advising us, deflecting responsibility. Service advisor did however state that the recall defect and oil change service could be achieved within booked 3 hour slot. Unfortunately, her Supervisor then advised that it couldn’t and we would be waiting 4.5 - 5 hours. No apologies & no real interest from staff. Asked to speak to manager & he dismissed all of the above as a “mistake” (refusing to accept the fact that we had faced a number of mistakes & still no apology). In summary, we wasted a day and fuel to get a service that couldn’t happen prior to fixing a recall defect. We have suffered financial loss as well as massive frustration, made worse by Stratstone’s arrogant, ignorant & dismissive attitude.
