Pissed off customer
Ring rings for ages like nobody works there!
When you leave a message nobody gets back to you!

Poor Communication and Service
Had car booked for wait, but another person also booked so mine would ready 2pm? 10.30am drop off… Then had a call telling me car booked in to be cleaned car has not been cleaned… had personal bad news today and this has actually been really poor service indeed, Hannah assistant I would score her 10/10 but from my own personal experience awful
Indeed and worst experience in regards to booking, communication and all in all just poor day from hell to be honest and this just topped iit 😩

I thought going to Audi directly would…
I thought going to Audi directly would be beneficial for aftercare and care but wow how wrong was I. After being lied to about my finance by the salesman and my handover had to be done by the manager. I have got some outstanding issues on a brand new audi which still havent been rectified, and been lied to in this process too. I would avoid buying an audi from them directly and especially Audi Liverpool.

Outstanding Service!
They resolved an issue created by the manufacturer that has left me overwhelmed with their willingness to own the issue, find the right solution, and turn a potentially difficult issue into a success.
I wrote a negative review after a new Q6 was delivered to me and subsequently developed a number of problems. I was quite critical but I did not expect Kenny, the General Sales Manager, and Gregg (Liverpool Audi) to get hold of the issue, explore every conceivable option to resolve the challenge and then come up with something really creative that has led to me ordering another car.
Top service from some very sincere and committed individuals who went above and beyond, for which I am really grateful. One of the best resolutions to a difficult problem I have had and that is with my experience of 45 years of buying cars.

This is the worst dealership I have…
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with !
I did a deal with them on an Audi S3 with a few extra bits thrown in to seal the deal & I paid them a large deposit.
The week I was supposed to pick the car up I phoned the dealership to confirm that everything was still OK for collection & to ensure that all the agreed extras were still going to be included.
I was then told that the salesman was on holiday. I found this very strange as I am under the impression that the salesman who does the deal also does the handover ?
I then spoke to the manager to confirm that the extras previously agreed with the original salesman were still to be included to complete the deal.
I then received a very rude response from the manager which I found unacceptable & poor customer service so the following day I phoned the dealership again to cancel my purchase
As yet I havent received a refund of my deposit
I have contacted the dealership a number of times since to find out when I would be receiving my refund but have been fobbed off each time with things like we will phone you back or get someone to give you a call. It has now been over 2 weeks & I am no nearer to getting my refund back.
It appears that this dealership is unscrupulous & are withholding my deposit for a car that they have now sold to another customer.
I WOULD WARN PEOPLE TO AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Staff were very efficient at the point of collection and pick up. The service was undertaken within a couple of hours after the drop off and had been valeted prior to collection.
