Buying our new wood burner was an easy process. What makes this a 5 star customer experience for me is that things went wrong AND it was handled correctly and expertly. Delay due to stock issues, i was kept informed and called to arrange next day delivery as soon as it was back instock. When i was told it was out of stock we were given options.

Very versatile piece of kit.
Bought this bbq because I liked the idea of having 4 cooking options.
The first time using it was for a big bbq party and it was a huge success.
We smoked pork ribs and used the gas a charcoal sides for everything from chicken to burgers, sausages and kebabs.
It cooked everything to perfection, this is a great piece of kit that we will enjoy for many years to come I’m sure.

All good unless there's a bolt missing!
Price was matched, goods delivered as promised on agreed date.
Really like this Kettler Trento 5 seater furniture set.
Would be five stars except unfortunately a bolt for one of the chairs is the wrong size so I cannot use chair.
I have waited a month and customer service tell me they are chasing it. Goods come from China so not sure this will happen.........
Customer service great when you are purchasing but not so good if there is an issue.

Thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry to hear you were disappointed. Our Price Beater service is designed to try to beat a competitor's price where we're able to.
Unfortunately, there are occasions where this isn't possible due to supplier pricing agreements, stock availability or our own costs.
We'd also like to point out that our website doesn't promise that we will beat every price, it explains that we will try to do so, precisely because there are situations where matching or beating a competitor simply isn't possible.
