Stone & Earth Ltd Anmeldelser

Our patient and expert guide through the process of refitting 2 bathrooms has been Sonia Chahal at Stone and Earth's Bromsgrove branch. Sonia visited our home and drew up a number of designs for us after which we visited the branch for her further input. She is an excellent communicator and has kept us informed at all times; never shying away from solving the occasional glitch which invariably can happen. I would recommend Stone and Earth and for sure, Sonia Chahal - thank you all, The Rowberrys

We had a great experience and service from Stone and Earth. From the initial quote and regular contact from Alex. Meeting James and his expert opinion. The template fitter, who was extremely professional. And finally the fitter’s that were excellent. The worktop looks amazing. Thank you.

We went to see Jason at Stone & Earth for help choosing tiles for our project/soon to be home.
Having spent many hours visiting lots of other showrooms and discussing our needs and requirements with other companies, nothing came close to the unparalleled, knowledge and expertise that this chap has at his disposal.
He is not just passionate about what he does, but he is keen to find you the very best fit for your taste and style.
If you’re in anyway hesitant about what you want, he will help you weigh up all the options available and find the right solution for you.

Jason Authurs is the star of this show. Always helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service. Great showroom and service. We don’t go anywhere else and have also recommended to family and friends.

Delicious Tiles.
A wonderful choice of tiles and excellent customer service from Jason.

We recently renovated three bathrooms. Stone and Earth supplied all the tiles, grout and trims. Thanks go to the knowledgeable and patient Jason. He ensured everything was available and delivered on time. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back for our next project.

I couldn't be happier or more impressed with Stone & Earth. They have a fantastic selection of tiles, kitchens and I believe bathrooms. It's a high end store but with reasonable prices. The service from Jason was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Brilliant experience from start to finish, the showroom is fantastic and staff knowledgeable about the products on offer. Our kitchen has been transformed by wall tiling and a bespoke alteration to our existing island. The workmanship is excellent, these guys definitely know their craft. Would thoroughly recommend Stone & Earth

Fast knowledgeable service sensible price and the installers were quick and clean

We wanted to form a wall tile backdrop to our log burner and visited the Stone and Earth showroom one Sunday afternoon. We were met by Jason, who quickly assessed our requirements and recommended a couple of styles and materials. We eventually chose “Stone Face Indian Glory”, a slate based tile. The order arrived within 5 days and looked so good we decided to extend the profile to 2 adjacent walls. The subsequent tile order arrived just 2 days later.
Overall, the customer service we received from Jason and his team at Stone and Earth was nothing short of superb. Very highly recommended to anyone wanting high quality tiling products from an experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy company.

I couldn't have asked for more helpful and professional service. Jason helped me source tiles I could not find elsewhere resulting in a beautiful blue and white ensuite shower room. The matching grout and trim gave a wonderful finish. There was a problem when delivery was delayed, but Jason went above and beyond to procure tiles for the required fitting date. He managed this so courteously and professionally that it wasn't a problem at all. It is rare to find such quality service in this day and age.

Awesome service. Patient, constructive, knowledgeable and friendly as I was really struggling to choose a work surface. I really appreciated their professionalism and enthusiasm, with a clear desire to support me make an informed decision and find a style that suited me. I can’t remember the names… think it was Grace, Jason and Ryan who helped me. Thank you!

Great selection of high quality tiles but the real difference was the advice from Jason on trims and grout to compliment the tiles. The finish exceeded our expectations and wouldn’t have been achieved without Jason’s expert help. Also really helpful with sourcing additional tiles and quartz for the final finish. Definitely recommend Stone & Earth.

We recently purchased some tiles through Jason and some bathroom accessories through Sonia at the Bromsgrove branch. Both very helpful, from helping us by suggesting different ideas to waiting over past closing time for us to get to them after work to finalise our decision on the tiles. I would definitely use Stone & Earth again and recommended to others!

Recently received excellent service from Jason at Bromsgrove Store, from tile choice, availability and willingness to seek and obtain reimbursement from Tile Supplier for spare tiles once the bathroom was finished. Thoroughly recommend.

They are happy to take your money when you order tiles but when you want to return some surplus of them they won't have it when any other shop accepts returns - really disappointing (unfortunately it's usually when you want to return a product you find out what sort of company you're dealing with)

Nobody from your company explained anything at the time of buying to us so please at the very least DON'T LIE

Jack was brilliant with finding us a quartz worktop within a short timescale. Absolutely recommend this company. Will be going back to them for bathroom alterations. Mrs Steedman

Fantastic showroom and advice given by Jason for our proposed new en-suite bathroom. Tiles were delivered quickly and with all the associated grouts trims and silicone.
