I am slightly disappointed with my WFT Stocking purchase. The item came A bit late but that wasn't an issue. The size of the stocking itself is small and I expected normal size. The design is backwards. All other stockings I own, the foot is facing to the left, however this one is to the right. The material isn't bad but my expectations were higher. I was under the impression that it was hand made but in fact is store bought by the NFL. If I wanted one from them I would have just went to there site. That was my mistake for assuming. Overall this item will serve it's purpose, but I would probably not buy it again.

I boughta pair of shorts for my husband. When they finally came in they were too short for his liking. So I returned them . I understand that I had to pay the shipping to return them. But I would have thought I would get my total refund but I did not. Careful buying from this company.

Sub par customer service. Will never spend another dollar here. Ended up ordering the same products from a competitor company and was MUCH HAPPIER

Terrible customer service bought from them previously was looking for customer appreciation for a major screw up they did and got nothing! Late responses and excuses only via email. Back door garage business with no customer care!!!

STOP!! Don’t order from this Company. Shipping confirmation would never update. Took 2+ weeks to arrive. I ordered 3 Covid Neck Gaiters with my college logo and received 3 Houston Astro Face mask. It’s so bad that it’s almost comical. Obviously a rogue Chinese outfit.

Had a package get mishandled & lost by fedex. Emailed the SFI team to let them know even though it’s really fedex’s fault. SFI had the item shipped right back to me free of charge. That’s customer service!

Ordered a puzzle as a Xmas present. Puzzle came with 100s of missing pieces. Only way to contact this company is by email. After 2 emails I finally got a reply and was told to let them.know what pieces I was missing. Took the time to count 3400 pieces and sent pictures in email and have never heard back from them. I have also sent 3 more emails since. I am now out $80 for a puzzle that we are missing pieces for step 2

Buyer beware! I won't go through all the details. Didn't receive my order. I have sent several emails with no response over 6+ weeks. Don't waste your money!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a Christmas village house for a present. They have on their site if it is ordered before December 14th with standard shipping it is guaranteed Christmas delivery. I got an email stating that it has shipped. I followed the tracking. It was in Massachusetts on 12/20. I was happy as I live in Rhode Island! This package sat at this facility for TEN DAYS Not moving. I reached out by email to the company as they have no number listed. I asked if I could cancel the order since it was already past Christmas and I already had to buy another gift and the package was sitting at a facility not moving for ten days. I got a short email back addressed by no one stating once I receive said item I can send it back or I have to refuse the package from the postal service. Problem being it’s now 1/5/21and still no word from this company and my package is even further away in Albany,NY. It’s been sitting there since 12/31/20. I’ve emailed them advising not only that the package has yet to move but also I wanted a refund for shipping as I paid for 3-7 business days shipping to arrive for Christmas and they stopped responding. This company is a JOKE. Plain and simply a crap company with crap employees who do not have a decent bone in their boy. They have a 1.5 star rating with the BBB. Wish I had checked that prior to ordering from them. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from this company. Plain and simple just a 💩 stain on the internet sucking money from everyone they can with no products in sight.

I’m still waiting on an item that was purchased the beginning of Dec. After following up with them myself and getting very little communication, I have come to the conclusion that this product is never going to actually be delivered, and now I’m fighting for my money back. “Just send back once you receive the item and we’ll issue a refund.” Um, excuse me, exactly how am I supposed to return an item that never made it here? It should not fall on the customer to have to make these things right. If you have my money but I don’t have the item ordered, then it is your responsibility to fix it. Their Customer Service is a joke, and NO ONE should take the risk and order from them. Save yourself the hassle and take your money to Amazon instead.

I ordered 3 Denver Bronco Face Masks for my son for Christmas. They charged me immediately but NEVER sent the Face Masks. They posted a fake UPS Tracking Number because UPS did not recognize it after I checked to validate it. This company is scamming 1000's of people every day.

So this might not be a big deal for some. But for me, it's very upsetting. I ordered Washington Football Team NFL Men's Matchday 3 Pack Face Covering as a Christmas gift for my son. On their website, this is what Sports Fan Island was advertising. What I received was a 3 Pack set of Washington REDSKINS face covering. The team name has CHANGED!.... I'd check NFL.com and Fanatics but they were sold-out. Then I found this site SFI. I truly wished I'd read the reviews first. I tried speaking with someone from SFI. Mind I paid extra to have them arrive by Christmas. I called after Christmas to complain and didn't get anyone. How about on December 29, they sent an email asking me to provide a review for the Washington Football Team NFL Men's Matchday 3 Pack Face Covering. This is definitely NOT what I received. I think this is a false advertisement!.... I hope anyone ordering from them read their reviews FIRST not a big deal BUT it is I want what I ordered and paid for!

Ordered the NFL family pjs. The arms of the adult tops were short the leg of the pants were short, poor quality and a waste of money. The men adult family pjs were the only one that had pockets.The absolute worse. The company should be ashamed of themselves.

I had waited 11 days after not receiving my order, and I emailed them and they promptly emailed me back and fixed the issue with immediate results. 10/10 would recommend!

My order was lost by either UPS or USPS. When I notified them, they reshipped the order(1-2 day shipping) within 15 minutes of my email. Customer service couldn't have been any better.

I ordered a brixel utah utes helmet. The inside package was open and the very small pieces were all over and having experience with this type of product, I know how easy it is for parts to get lost. So I contacted customer service and they got back to me within 24 hours and asked for proof (which I totally understand) and within another 24 hours they sent me a replacement! I'm very happy with my experience!

On Nov 9th, I ordered an NFL Black Hooded Gaiter with the discloser of Pick Your Team! (PREORDER - SHIPS EARLY DECEMBER). So I ordered. I kept track of my order and about the 10th of December, I checked where it was. I noted that my order was sitting at the local post office. With Covid19 and all, I waited for a few days and tracked it again. It was still showing at the local post office. I made a few calls to the post office, and they said it wasn't there and they really didn't know where it was, Covid19 being their reason. On the 17th of Dec., I emailed SFI and asked them to find my order or replace it. The next day I received an email advising me to "Please watch your email for the expedited shipping information and let us know if you do not receive the tracking information. I am so sorry that this happened." I checked my email and it was already there with a FedEx # for 1-2 business day shipping! They stepped up immediately to ensure I got my order!! I read some of the reviews, and I must admit that had I read them before I ordered, I wouldn't have made the order! But I didn't, and I did make the order. But I am VERY happy with this company and the way they stepped up and ensured I got my order. I am extremely happy about the way they handled this situation!

I Ordered 2 Pittsburgh Steelers Christmas ornaments spent over 30 dollars on my credit card now it keeps saying my stuff is in transit but has been in same place for 4 days. I have emailed these people twice no response cant find no number to call them. VERY upset as I lost my 27 yr old this September an these gifts were for his oldest brother an my one i lost I was going to put on my Christmas tree in memory of him . Its mighty funny how my items supposedly went from Arkansas to Knoxville Tennessee which is 40 minutes from me an than traveled to Smyrna Tennessee 3 hrs south of me an sitting there for days !!! How do I rate you : a minus zero !!! I will be contacting my bank an the bbb on this for fraud !
