I have placed several orders with this company. The products are fantastc and their customer service is top notch. Such a pleasure to do business with and the community of their fans is really lovely too. I added Nov 1 for the date, but like I said above, several orders that were all great.

Abuse is very different to telling you that it's not acceptable to mislead customers. It is not my fault you do not like to be advised when something is significantly wrong.

I too have the screenshots, there we was not one abusive line. I made no comment to any gender, race, sexuality, belief or beyond. I simply stated by using the code and it reducing down it took it below £30. However they placed £30 initially.

Your wording to customers should have been "place an order of 30 after discount with the code and we will do referral points"

And deleting reviews is just not ok

The designs are gorgeous, great quality and in the rare case of any issues or breakages in transit, they are so helpful.
I highly recommend joining the FB community too, as Splendette are right smack in the middle of it all making it more personal, you become part of the bangle community and everyone is so friendly.

I love that they have different bangle sizes. I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and my medication can make my hands swell so the larger “Duchess” size is perfect for me when I cannot fit into my “Classic” sizes. They also have the “Maiden” sizes for more slender hands and dainty wrists.
I look forward to every new and fabulous collection with bated breath! A fan for life!

I’ve shopped at Splendette many times and have always had zero problems. On the few occasions there were issues with stock levels, one of the team has contacted me and it was sorted out with zero issues.

I always get compliments on my bangles and can’t wait for the new range! As to “reviewers” leaving 1 stars - this isn’t some massive worldwide company. It’s a small team making beautiful jewellery so stop trying to scam them!

Seriously adore all of my Splendette pieces. So much so that my bridal party all wore Splendette in my wedding this past year! Stunning bangles, some of my all time fave earrings, and great prices. Highly recommend for fun, beautiful jewelry.

I love Splendette's bangles (classic for me) and love the packaging, from the neat box the postie delivers, to the delicious tissue and tags. The customer service is spot on and their enthusiasm is uplifting.

I counted up and I now have my 100th bangle.

I have bangles for every occasion... for daytime and evening, to brighten dull days and make me bolder when I'm not quite feeling it.

And when I'm not wearing them, they look amazing in my room.

My sister and my kids have stopped asking what I would like for birthday and Christmas (and if I am lucky enough to get anything in between), they know the answer - SPLENDETTE.

My favourite vintage style jewellery brand! So many amazing designs and the customer service is incredible. Everything always arrives on time and is packaged beautifully. The only problem is I want to buy everything 🙈

A lovely company with great products and fantastic service. I have bought many necklaces and sets of earrings (I don't do bangles as they I don't like the clatter lol) and they're the perfect finish for a vintage outfit. They're always beautifully boxed too - keep being fantastic!!

I have been a Splendette customer for many years, and for good reason. The designs are amazing, with lots of new colours and carvings coming out regularly, and the bangles come in three different sizes. The customer service is fantastic. I've always received quick responses to emails or comments on social media, and on the rare occasion I've had issues with the post, we've always been able to sort it out quickly. There are even incentives for repeat customers like myself, not just including loyalty points, but also exclusive groups and offers. Most of my bangle collection is Splendette, and I expect that collection to grow even more in the future as more and more designs are released. Definitely recommend!

The best customer service!!! I’ve been buying from Splendette for about a year now, and have amassed quite a collection. I accidentally received the wrong sized bangle in one of my orders, and a replacement was sent the very same day.

Absolutely great small company making reproduction/vintage style bangles and jewellery. Service is always fast and friendly and they are very generous with sale discounts, especially as such a small company. Very helpful if you don’t know what size you need or have any other question.

Splendette are brilliant! I've got racks of their bangles in all the colours of the rainbow. They have new ranges and designs coming out constantly so it's a bit like pokemon, can you catch them all?!

The range of colours they offer is fantastic, and the special edition products usually include interesting and unique patterns and designs. The products are a great way to add interest to an outfit, and look especially good with vintage inspired looks.
The size range is excellent, and they are working to increase the colours available in the smaller (Maiden) and larger (Duchess) sizes.

I have so much Splendette jewellery it's ridiculous: I've been shopping with them since the very beginning. My favourite brand of vintage jewellery.

With a brand based around vintage jewellery what's not to like! Alongside bangles and hair accessories, they also do other jewellery like necklaces and earrings. I'd seen them pop up so with an awesome sale on, thought I'd try them. The designs are beautiful and lots are themed such as Easter/Halloween/Pacific. The quality seems very good and durable too.
I got a really lovely welcome email and it was shipped and delivered quickly. I LOVED the way it was packaged up which was super colourful!
Literally, the only thing I can think of to be careful of is the sizing. For bangles, there are 3- Maiden (s), Classic (m), and Duchess (l). I tried (see below 😂) to order Maiden and Classic but ended up with all Maiden. I have small wrists so these are fine for me but because of the width, getting them over your hand is also something to bear in mind. Based on the website, I thought if a size wasn't listed that it would be Classic however the ones I've ordered have all come in Maiden so I may have misread it there!
