I've been buying Rolex watches for the last 20 years, finally got to a point where I could get the one i've always dreamed of, I'm super picky and my expectations are always very high. All I can say is that I will never buy a watch from anywhere else, the customer service is excellent, they are super polite and went above and beyond my expectations I'm just sorry I couldn't give you 6 stars... Loving the watch guys and will definitely see you again soon

Very professional service
Very professional service when designing and creating an engagement ring. Followed by excellent service making sure the ring was the perfect size. Since then have bought both wedding rings and other jewellery and all have been of the best quality.

Seller was not experienced in international shipping / taxation and I had to pay >$1K for unexpected taxes.
