Splashbacks Anmeldelser

I placed an order for a one off bespoke glass splashback and was quoted a price there and then with an expected delivery date.
The splashback arrived on time, very securely packaged.
I highly recommend using Splashbacks UK.

Extremely pleased with a recent purchase from Splashbacks.co.uk. Which looks great in our kitchen. We had some initial issues with image size but this was quickly resolved by their helpful, knowledgeable staff. The product arrived promptly and was packaged securely. All in all a great product and service, would definitely recommend!

Splashback arrived in the agreed time scale, was better quality than the one we replaced, and the colour was a brilliant match to our kitchen

Fantastic it's absolutely beautiful thank you amazing company and service highly recommend them

Very pleased with the product and excellent service received. Purchased a long narrow glass splashback. It arrived today, extremely well packaged and excellent quality. Fitted easily with the adhesive I purchased at the same time. I have no hesitation in recommending splashbacks.co.uk.
Very well done

Great service. Great product perfect size. Delivered within a few days of placing order. Product was well packed for delivery and in perfect confition on arrival. Would havr no hesitation in recommending or using again. Very pleased with price.

From first enquiry all staff helped get size and picture right. Looks great in kitchen and so much better than the existing plain black one when we moved in.
Manufacture and delivery really quick! Just over a week.

Ordering on line was easy, nice to be able to customise the size. Arrived fairly quickly and looks great. Only one small improvement could be to have an automatic email informing of despatch and likely delivery date.

When placing my order I explained that I needed this prior to going on holiday, the item arrived a week before I was expecting it.
It arrived extremely well packed in a wooden crate, and on inspection looks great quality.
I can’t recommend these guys enough.
Helpful on the phone and overall a great company to deal with. 10/10

I ordered a splash back for my new kitchen and placed my order on line. I’m not very computer savvy, but I found the process very straightforward.
I was contacted to say that my choice of picture would not enlarge well, which I was very disappointed about. However, Hayden supplied me with information on where I could find another image.
Once I selected my choice and sent it to Hayden on a Friday he said I should receive my order the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
True to his word, my splash back arrived on the Wednesday.
I couldn’t be more happy with it. The quality is exceptional and it is the perfect finish to my dream kitchen.
Thank you so much

So many companies to choose from but we definitely made the right choice . Couldn`t be more pleased and Hayden was most helpful sending an image of a second splashback to make sure it was to our liking .
Items arrived on time and packed really well to prevent any damage. Thank you so much.

I am so pleased with my splashback. It adds a lovely bright focal point to my kitchen.
Special thanks to Hayden who sent me various proofs and patiently waited for me to make a decision!
It was delivered very quickly and really well packaged.
I really recommend this company.

We have recently bought a brightly coloured abstract patterned splash back for our renovated kitchen, as a feature piece.
The glass arrived very safely on the date we asked for, and is now safely installed in our kitchen. We are very pleased with it and found the company very easy to deal with. Many thanks.

I absolutely love my splasback. I get many comments about how cool it looks. Correspondence was also great advising when it would be delivered.
I wouldn’t hesitate buying again.

From ordering online up to our splashback being
delivered we couldn't of wished for more help and advice
emails answered within minutes and splashback
Looked amazing will recommend splashback.co.uk
to all family and friends.

From start to finish our order was amazing. We are so happy with it that we are currently ordering matching worktop chopping boards. Thank you for a great product and we will be recommending this company.

I Ordered 3 Splashbacks on 2nd July 2024. They put the payment through the same day. On 9th they emailed an apology: their machine needed repair. They don't answer the phone. Have I been conned?

ADDED ON 30 JULY:
I have now got the 3 panels I ordered (1 shattered in transit). I am very pleased with all 3 and with the way the company communicated when things got difficult.

BUT: There is another business which doesn't even sport a phone, let alone a limited company status. It has a dubious reputation and I thought I was locked into that company. Again, apologies to an excellent supplier.

IN SHORT:
I would recommend Splashbacks Design Limited, Reg. 14543301 trading as Splashbacks.co.uk.
However, I would not recommend Splashbacks UK, which is not identified formally at all according to their Ts & Cs.

BY THE WAY, Trustpilot scores for this ghost company (at 30th July 2024) 57% 5 star. As usual with a ghost company, Trustpilot doesn't show an avatar for 5 stars, which themselves have only a few reviews.

I wonder why!

Great fast service even with an email showing me what my picture splash back will look like! Then it arrived a few days later and it is superb!! Put it up straight away very easy and took lots of pics of it well happy!

Absolutely love my new kitchen splashback, ordered from this company and so pleased with the result. I ordered and received the splash back within the two weeks that was agreed, the first one I received was smashed on delivery. I took a photo and sent email to the company and within two weeks I had my new splash back up in my kitchen. So helpful and very good customer service and support.

Stunning splash back delivered on time as advertised, well protected so no chance of damage. Excellent service will use this company again. Thanks 👍
