Wow what an absolutely fantastic company. Chris came to repair my washing machine. As we expected being 12+ years old it wasn't worth repairing once we were given a quote for the work. Chris then showed us various models & chose one saying it would be delivered same day. He tidied up & placed the order put the old machine outside. Within 20 minutes of Chris going the new washing machine was delivered & the old one taken away. I was very pleased with how professional friendly & efficient with the whole process from coming out to the delivery. This really is an impressive company to do trade with & throughly recommend Spin Doctors

Efficient, professional from start to finish, great communication and brilliant service by Kieran on the ground.. highly recommended..

Great experience & very responsive!

Excellent service and unmatched professionalism. Technician Chris was punctual, knowledgeable, had all the correct tools and parts, and went above and beyond to fix our malfunctioning washing machine. He replaced the broken impeller, fixed our broken door handle, and even correctly reinstalled our door seal after a bogus company had put it in upside down. High-quality work. We would definitely use them again

The washing machine was fixed 2 hours after making the initial phone call.
I was advised of the call-out charge straight away and possible costs of any parts needed.
A very efficient service.

Honest upfront speedy service many thanks this is the second time I have used your company and be thrilled both times

Excellent service with installing a new dishwasher. Hassle free and seamless experience. Many thanks

Absolutely brilliant service, fast and effective. Would highly recommend.

Dishwasher issue resolved next day. Spot on. Quick turn around. Reasonably priced.

When my fridge freezer broke Thursday evening unsure what to do I contacted spin doctor early Friday morning. By 9am they had called me arranged for an engineer to come out to me and explained fully the process. Having explained what times I could do the company rearranged so an engineer could come to me next, he arrived promptly was extremely professional. Explained the fault with my applicance and that it couldn’t be fixed. Not leaving it there he advised exactly what I needed to do when contacting the appliance manufacturers what the fault was and what they would need from me. He sent the report over immediately so I had this for my call knowing I couldn’t be without a fridge for long. I cannot explain how phenomenal this company was from the diligence on the phone, the aftercare and the fantastic customer service from the engineer. I am so pleased we contacted them and by 10am Friday with the support from spin doctor I know what’s wrong with my current appliance and have contacted for a replacement which is coming early next week. A massive thank you such a supportive and friendly company, 5* isn’t enough for you all!

I had used this company before when they repaired my washing machine. I was so impressed with their professionalism, service and cost. So when I needed a new dishwasher I didn’t hesitate to contact them. Again they provided a great service. From initial contact to the instillation by Craig they were superb. I fully recommend this company.

Excellent service, trustworthy advise, really nice people to deal with both engineers and office staff. Would reccomend Spin Dr Bishops Stortford.

The engineer arrived on time and worked quickly. I highly recommend them.

Oven repaired efficiently at the time I booked. Fair price. 100% satisfied. Use Spin Doctor if you value your time.

We have used these guys for years.
Same day appointment.
Our technician, Craig, did a great job on out Bosch dishwasher. We opted for the repair rather than the £614 replacement and Craig had us up and running in now time.
