We wanted to try Spicandspan.pl service for cleaning our apartment. We’ve made appointment online for Saturday at 12:00 pm and no one came that day . I called support to ask what’s the reason and they told me cleaner is sick , she wouldn’t come today . I said ok and I asked support to send different cleaner for tomorrow .
Sunday. Cleaner is almost late for 1 and half hour. I was very angry and decided to call support and tell them why its happening so . They have told me that they don’t have idea why cleaner is so late . After I got message from cleaner : Hello today I have to clean your home at 12:00 , I am sorry I am late, I will be at 13:30. I wrote her : Ok , you can come we are waiting for you.
To note one thing while ordering cleaner via Spic and Span we mentioned washing windows. She came I told her Ok you can start from cleaning windows, she was very surprised and told that no one informed her about it and the weather is so cold outside for cleaning windows and refused to do the main job and left.
Conclusion about Spic and Span is that : Cleaners from this company are absolutely unserious about their job and can come/not come when they want and prefer. My advice for this company to take care of their workers and do not waste serious people time.

Great job guys, I always book them when I have an emergency at home. The last minute cleaning rate is higher but cleaners can come within hours. So far so good. Keep up the good work! I used them a few times in different cities and countries.

I booked a deep cleaning with them for the first time. 2 cleaners arrived 20 minutes behind the schedule, they claimed it was due to the morning traffic. I was a bit irritated as I needed to leave for work and couldn’t give all details and instructions to the team yet in the end they did a great job! The place was spotless and they knew exactly what to do despite I couldn’t give them all instructions due to the delay. I used different services and this one is the best so far. I am currently on a regular, weekly plan so I pay less and so far everything runs smoothly. I’m super satisfied.

Great service! The price is a bit high but they issue invoices for every service you book so it’s legit. I use it for my apartment and office. I highly recommend Sam. He is the best in Warsaw :) thanks Sam and Spic And Span!!!

Well, what to say. Start was somewhat rocky with more hours being charged then indicated in the comments field. I accepted that the first time and was extra clear with the cleaning lady on what is really not necessary (inside of cabinets!, two rooms, bath etc). Then upon the change from one to another cleaning lady the info probably got lost leading to again wanting to charge more. That second time spic and span indeed did not charge the additional hour. However, that cleaning lady moved all furniture around, broke the cat fountain and even turned the cat litter box around with the opening to the wall??? A complaint mail on that was not even answered by spic and span anymore; do they even care?? Combination of recurrent issues make me very dissatisfied; there are other providers, I would recommend to go elsewhere.

The lady was clean but she wasn’t tidy, the bed wasn’t made properly and the carpets were a bit crooked
