The work of the person was great. But didn’t have the all advanced tools I asked for. I checked for the carpet stain removal but she hadn’t tools or chemicals for it.

I ordered higher grade service that they were not able to deliver after all. However the lower grade was adequate and the service person herself was very helpful.

Avoid this company like the plague!
I will never allow this company into any property I own ever again. The work was not carried out properly and the workers damaged my skirting board and then told me they accept no responsibility for the damages.

Furthermore, she clarified that the damage you mentioned was pre-existing and not caused by the cleaner.
It's important to note that after the cleaning session, you submitted a report in which you expressed satisfaction with the cleaning service provided. We always encourage honest and timely feedback to ensure we can address concerns immediately and to everyone's satisfaction.
While we understand the complexities of tenant-landlord relationships, it's vital to approach issues with transparency and integrity. Our primary goal is to ensure a seamless and high-quality service to all customers, and we believe in the value of open communication to achieve this.
