I bought a case from this website on the 10th of September and still haven’t gotten it, I contacted them about this but they didn’t respond

I ordered a phone case of spectra case which I payed £50 for they then after 2 weeks sent me a phone case that was not for the right model of phone I am disappointed that after contacting the they have not responded and I have wasted Mt money on a phone case that doesn't fit my phone

Received my Apple Watch strap last week after 10 days delivery. They have sent me the wrong colour strap and not replied to any of my emails.

Really disappointed in this company. I purchased an Apple Watch strap for my mum for her birthday, i placed the order and realised within minutes my mum had also purchased herself one as well. I read the confirmation email which said to email if any queries. I emailed 4 times with no response asking to cancel the order and no reply whatsoever. The item then turned up 7 days later so I simply returned to the specified address the following day. It has now been 2 weeks, I’ve had no refund and no acknowledge of my return. I sent a message through the contact us page (of course the telephone number doesn’t work) and have had no response. I have proof or purchase to show I have returned the item but no idea how to move forward with this. Will I ever receive a refund, who knows! Will I ever receive a reply to my many emails/message, who knows. Customer service is absolute shocking and not acceptable!!!!!

Wow it was great experience from start to not finish very happy with the service. Their website offered so many options for designs so had a tough time choosing but, Couldn’t be more happier with the end product I received. Quality is way better than I expected for the price simply a beautiful case.

You get way more than what you pay for! The only company to have the specific case that I needed, quality products at very affordable prices. Couldn't ask for more. People complaining about the price…but shipping is free with discounts when you buy more than one so nothing more to say. This is quality, sturdy and unique design. I'm happy to pay more.

This is an edited review, as spectracases have reported me for using 'accusatory and defamatory' language for the third time. I didn’t receive any of the items that I ordered off their website (which doesn't have a single negative review) and after sending them emails asking about my order and hearing absolutely nothing back from them, I escalated it to PayPal who luckily refunded me, under buyer protection. PayPal did their own investigation into the matter, and it seems like spectracases ignored their request to answer why they hadn't sent me any product, like they ignored me. Their only social media account is their instagram and I tried to leave a comment on there too but they just deleted my comment and they only have positive ones on their account.
Now they are reporting all negative comments on here too and leaving just the 'positive' ones. I also spoke to another girl on instagram who also lost money from purchasing off their website and received no product. Amazing way to run a business. Trustpilot, please leave my review up as others should be warned about this company, and I have written nothing but the truth.

Ordered phone case 3 weeks ago. Received it today. This is not UK company but Asian so it will take more days. The problem was with no respond from the seller. No shipping information or tracking. So don't be surprise. Case is perfect tho
