This site is a scam you pay and they never send goods or answer your communications. Don’t but off them

Don’t order from this company, they are not shipping any goods. I’ve sent 3 request for information related to a purchase that was made over 2 months ago. I understand that there are challenges but they haven’t responded to any of my emails so rather than be open and transparent, they’ve chosen to go into hiding.

Avoid - Absolute disgrace! Ordered case, took ages to arrive and looked really poor quality despite paying £11 for it. Have returned it and have written to customer care numerous times since January, but to no avail.

I ordered a phone case and received confirmation, however 1 month later and still no sign of it.
They have not responded to any emails or Instagram direct messages.

Over 2 months, not delivered and no response! Don't bother with them

I ordered a case a MONTH ago and it has still not arrive. I have tried to email them numerous times and nobody has got back to me. Scam.

I ordered, they took my money and still haven’t received my phone case over a month later. They do not respond when contacted via social media or email. I would never order from this company again and highly advise that no one orders from this company. Unless you enjoy giving away your money.

It doesn't get any worse when your stuff doesn't arrive and you can't get hold of someone. More fool me - I should have known their products look too good to be true. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Placed an online order on 11 February for an Airpod Pro Case. Luckily I took a screen shot of the page when I placed the order as I have heard nothing from Spectra Cases.

I have mailed them 4 times and have received NO response.

Payment was taken from the Bank the same day as the order was placed.

I ordered a phone case over a month ago and I still can’t even track it, let alone receive it. The tracking number is invalid, it wasn’t posted when it said it was. I emailed the customer support requesting a refund and they just said they’d reshipped one, but I can’t be waiting way over a month for another one? I just want a refund. I’m moving out in a couple of weeks and yet I’m expected to wait more than 2 months for a phone case. They also didn’t provide me with a tracking number for this “newly sent” one, they said I “will” be provided with one. Very unprofessional and bad service.

Not received my case as yet - ordered over 3 weeks ago and they have ignored my emails . Not best happy

I don’t even know what to say...wish I’d read these reviews from the beginning...I have emailed customer services several times only to get no reply. It seems like a legit site but really isn’t...don’t even know what to say except don’t waste your money

Dont buy from them! They took my money and never looked back. I bought a case from them and never even got so much as a confirmation email to say the order went through (but the money was taken from my account so it did). Many attempts to contact customer service and I have still heard nothing back. They just want you money and have no intention of giving you the product you paid for!

EDIT: customer service got back to me after over a month and claimed the Corona virus for the postal service being unable to deliver my package 🙄 (that's not how science works but whatever) and stated they would send another case which should send me a confirmation (cause yaknow the Corona virus thing only affected the first one and it'll totally be fine now?). No confirmation ever came and my next step is trying to get a refund if they ever respond again.

After ordering and paying for an Apple Watch strap, I waited the allotted delivery time for it to be delivered (this was 5-10 working days).
My order never arrived so I contacted the company. They didn’t respond nor did they respond to three more emails and a direct message on Instagram. My product has never arrived nearly a month later and no refund has been offered.
Very disappointing.

Placed an order 26th January and no correspondence since, now overdue and despite calling the WhatsApp number, repeated emails, messages on social media they have not responded. Didn’t even deserve the 1 star. First rule of customer service, communicate with your customers!!

Absolutely awful. Ordered AirPod cases on 12th January for daughters birthday, still waiting and no replies from them when I have emailed at least 8 times. DO NOT order from them, they do not care once they get your money that’s it they don’t give a toss about the sucker that handed them money for nothing.

Wouldn’t even give one star. Placed an order for 2 cases about 6 weeks ago. Taken payment from my account. Order has never arrived or even seen a dispatch email.

How they even have 3.5 stars is beyond me. My order was placed a month ago and apart from the confirmation to say the orders placed (money’s been taken) I’ve heard nothing.
Apparently they just don’t bother with customer service either, as I’ve sent 4 emails and contacted them on social and they haven’t replied or tried to rectify the fact they’ve literally taken my money and not sent me anything.
Do not waste your time and money!
