This Dental Boutique is all about pretence.
It's incredibly warming and welcoming to experience the charisma from the owners who are sisters. Especially if it's your very first time meeting them. They smile, put on a kind voice, they make very good impressions.
If only these were sincere, especially towards their team members.
As a business, they're incredibly unethical towards their employees. They treat them poorly and usually hire some apprentices for the sake of underpaying and abusing them as they're stuck for a certain amount of time. They force apprentices into patients' mouthes without training and pressure them to perform procedures they're not ready for.
I've experienced and witnessed shouting, cruel comments, and verbal abuse.
It showed me who they truly were as people.
They mask who they are to their paying patients but beneath the surface, they're cruel people.
I'd suggest training on how to manage teams effectively and most importantly, treat the ones working for you with respect. However, I doubt anyone will consider that as they showed no mercy. Although, perhaps, it could help, even if not genuine.
They willingly chose not to even pay their staff.
I wish they were who they seemed. It would've saved many tears they caused for their staff.
