I called Customer Service re a refund issue and Faye could not have been more helpful. Polite, understanding with a good grasp of the issue and fast to solve.
The level of service received from Sosander is always great because it is easy to get to actually speak to an adviser!

So, I ordered a few items as I have my nieces wedding coming up. I ended up keeping a dress for the day & jumpsuit for the evening. I was packing some of my things, getting my clothes together when I noticed the jumpsuit material had at least 2 flaws where the sparkly stitching was coming loose and I’ve not even worn it yet. Panicking I got in touch on their web chat with ‘Annie’. She sent apologies and sent if I sent it back, as soon as it was scanned, they would send me a replacement and it’s arrived the next morning. That’s service. I am a bit dubious about having another of the same, in case it happens again but if it does, sadly I will send it back. It’s a shame as it’s a lovely jumpsuit and I feel nice in it. The other items I ordered seemed such good quality too so it’s really disappointing. But Annie you’re a star, thank you for getting the replacement out to me so quickly

Good customer service
I spoke to Faye on customer service as a return item was showing as still out for delivery 10 days after posting. Faye was very efficient and contacted the delivery service and made the credit to my bank account for the returned item.
I previously spoke to another lady on the customer service team about another item and she was also very helpful.

My order wouldn’t go through as it was nearly midnight on Sunday when 20% discount was about to finish. I got in touch and Annie got back to me really quickly and gave me another code so that I could receive my 20% discount. It worked instantly and my order is on its way . Excellent service. Amazing Service from Faye!
I have been a customer of Sosandar for many years and always loved their products and service.
Most recently I ordered a pair of shoes that went missing after delivery. I need not have worried as Faye who I spoke with was absolutely amazing at putting my mind at rest and guiding me on next steps.
What could have been made a stressful experience was quite the opposite. Faye was fantastic and we need more of her in this world!

I was chasing a refund
I was chasing a refund. To be fair, I have ordered lot from Sosandar and often return things ( as I buy in 2 lengths/ sizes) and this is the first time I have ever had a delay in receiving a refund.
I chased it today and Sofia responded extremely quickly confirming that my refund was being processed. So I am very happy with the prompt and efficient service I received.

Great Customer Service
I have bought a few things from Sosander and although they are maybe a bit more expensive the quality of the items are generally good.
Recently I bought a top and after one wear and one wash the 'detail' around the neck separated a bit...hard to explain. However, I messaged Sosander to explain and heard from them fairly quickly and they asked for pictures which I expected to be the case. I absolutely cannot fault the customer service I have received from Annie throughout this process, she has kept me informed the whole way through. I have still to receive the replacement but this has just been organised today so hopefully this will arrive soon. I would highly recommend Sosander to anyone and if you have to use customer services then I would hope that you have Annie helping you.

I think Sosandar is an excellent…
I think Sosandar is an excellent company, Recently I chased up a parcel which I thought must have gone astray in the post. I was able to email directly and was given an apology and asked me if I would like them to send out a new parcel with the items. I said yes and even though I then realised the reason the first one had not arrived was because I had omitted some vital information from my address! The lady with whom I was speaking throughout this process is called Sofia. I apologised that it had been my mistake but she still very kindly proceeded to send the replacement parcel which arrived yesterday, at no extra cost to me. (Presumably the original parcel had been returned by the courier. I hope so). It is so rare these days to even be able to email a retailer directly and to then get a friendly and helpful response such as I did with Sofia, with whom I exchanged several emails, was a real bonus. To me this makes this a first class organisation. Thank you.

Order arrived quicker than expected
Order arrived quicker than expected, unfirtunately wrong size but item was lovelycand good quality , my neighbour took in my parcel so i had a delay in returning it, contacted customer service and Annie replied quickly efficiently and friendly and resolved my issue.
