Good product choices fast shipping ant speakers sound awesome

I entered my specific car model information into the parts-matching system online and was advised that the speakers I chose were a drop-in fit and would not need a mounting bracket. The speakers arrived and they definitely need a mounting bracket to fit.

Great products. Bought on Friday afternoon and the shipment was supposed to be here on Tuesday but showed up 2 days early on Sunday morning. Not my first time using sonic electronix and won't be my last. Prices are good and they have everything you need to install it

Super fast delivery when items were in stock. I did call in and I’m not sure if the lady on the line understood what I was asking. Before ordering items, I called to ask what the deadline time was to get the 1 day delivery. She gave multiple answers. But I took a chance on a Friday to order (placed around 11a) and got the items on Saturday. No damage on items as well. Definitely gonna keep my business here! Thank you.

Had an issue with one of the shipped items i ordered i called and they answered quickly. Jessie was able to handle my problem with prompt actions. I greatly appreciate your customer support. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sonic Electronix.

When I placed my order, I was told it would ship within 7–10 business days. After waiting, I had to contact customer service myself, only to find out the item was actually backordered and could take weeks to become available. At that point, I canceled the order before it ever shipped.

Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of the problems.

After canceling, I was repeatedly told that my refund had been processed. In an email dated July 21, 2026, Sonic Electronix stated that my full refund had already been processed on July 13, 2026, and that they were resending the refund information to Acima so my financing account could be updated.

As of today, I still have not received my refund. My Acima account continues to show the balance, and I've spent weeks following up with both companies trying to resolve an issue that should have been straightforward. A refund should not require this much time, effort, or repeated communication.

To make matters worse, I ordered similar equipment from another company after canceling with Sonic Electronix. The order shipped immediately, arrived within two days, cost less, and the products were of even better quality.

I cannot recommend Sonic Electronix based on my experience. Poor communication about inventory, significant delays, and an unresolved refund process have made this one of the most frustrating online purchases I've dealt with.

Been a Sonic customer for over a decade now and always gotten top notch service in all situations such as customer support and ordering. Also they have fantastic pricing and fast free shipping you can't go wrong so I will continue to buy from them Thanks and keep up great work.
