Great customer service at Sonic Electronix
The item that I ordered had been discontinued. I found a replacement, and Dianne made the adjustment on my order, making sure the adapters I originally ordered worked with the replacement. Dianne also gave me the same price as my original oder, even though the replacement was slightly more expensive. I highly recommend Sonic Electronix, and if you need their customer service, ask for Diane.

Upgraded Factory Sound…
The order came on time with the right parts for use. I was confused as I wish the adapters plugged into the factory plug, but I had to splice and solder for a connection.Product sound quality is excellent.

Customer service is the worst
Customer service is the worst. Take this company 30 days to provide RA number for returns after calling 4 times. Many of the service reps are foreign and out of country. . They do not follow up like they say. I would pay more and shop elsewhere for better customer service.
***Update: As you can see they are even delayed answering this review.

All of your service was good except one thing. The packaging of the products was minimal. There was no paper or bubble wrap for protection. Two of the items packages had opened during shipping and were luckily still in the box. (They hadn't fallen out) Probably due to the box getting smashed during shipping

Honestly, I’ve had an excellent experience shopping at Sonic Electronics so far. They offer excellent customer service and resolve any issues or questions very quickly. Plus, all the new electronics I’ve bought there are cheaper than the competition and arrive without any defects or delays.

I had to pay out of pocket to return a damaged item i received and it has been over a month and still no response on any kind of refund from them. The RA return label failed to work for me to return item to them and I could not get aagent on the phone... I paid 271.00 dollars of my own money to get the broken and damaged speaker back to them. ..I have emailed multiple times and no reply. When speaking with manager in the beginning of this process (Mike) Herald me the owners refused to pay me back for the shipping on the damaged item i received. Then I was told that the would try to get my money back. Now over a month later nothing. This is horrible customer service...
