Great selection - HOWEVER - if you are in the US and order, you will NOT be able to drawback the duties despite Solace assurances. Many of the items of a country of origin that is not the UK, for instance, Hong Kong. These duties can not be reclaimed.

I was assisted by Sally when she helped me adjust a skirt size and shipping address as well as buy another piece alongside the skirt. The process was very smooth and clear and I'm very satisfied with the service.

Hello international friends, I can't express how pleased I am with Solace London ! They are informative, professional and appreciate their clients. They responded rapidly to all questions. The dress I ordered was the Talia maxi. It is GORGEOUS! The quality and design is superb. Customer support have made it very easy for me being an International buyer. I will be a future client for all my formal ware. So nice to see a site/store who truly care about customer satisfaction. Thank you again Solace London.

Excellent customer service. Anytime I’ve had to email solace London, their responses have always been very positive and quick. I have two dresses from them, and have ordered the third, so fingers crossed. The designs are stunning, and true to size. Delivery is generally within one day. Get ordering for the weekend! 😍

Great speedy communication and very beautiful elegant dresses. Unfortunately, the sizing just wasn’t right for me with the style that I had fallen for!

Customer service was fabulous. They responded promptly to my questions and gave me specific information on size charts and availability of specific items in my size. The dress I ordered was gorgeous, though it did not work well for my figure. The fabric and construction were impeccable. Customer service helped me with my international return and refund. I highly recommend this designer and this company!

Great customer service. Saw a dress on istagram, and could not find it anywhere. sent a mail to customer service and they found me a stockist and I was able to order immediately.
Dress has arrived 2 days later.
The only issue is the dress was significantly creased on arrival, not lined. I expected the fabric to be much better quality given the price tag. So much so that any underwear underneath, the outline could be seen, its was so thin. You'd expect that from satin, but the quality crepe fabric I expected. so unfortunately I have to return it. Please line your dresses if going to have this kind of price tag.

Customer Services were really helpful in advising on stock and, unasked, offered support with information on particular fabrics and dress fit.

Super fast and polite customer service. Helpful and very kind. I ask for measures and they answer in few minutes.
I can not wait to recived my dress.

I bought a beautiful gown for my son’s wedding. The size, the quality and the making of the gown was perfect.I was little disappointed when i received my gown in a cheap black plastic bag.I expected to receive it in a luxury package as i paid a lot of money for this gown.

Customer service is very helpful and open to cooperate. They respond very fast and all problems are solved immediately.

Looking forward to continuing to purchase from Solace London

Great design, quick response and service , daily update

Excellent service

I am so blown away at the customer service I have received from Sally. She was absolutely amazing! I made a mistake and sent the wrong dress back and she helped me return the right dress and order the right size. She even reminded me I never used the "First Time" 15% off purchase and added to my order. Just above and beyond!

When I was disappointed to learn the size I had ordered was actually out of stock, Solace London went above and beyond to hold the size above and below and then express shipped the new size. Additionally they made sure I got my first timer discount that I did not originally use on my order. What started as disappointed ended up being a super pleasurable experience. Awesome customer service!

I had a few questions for Solace London. They were answered promptly and courteously. I was delighted with the service that I received - before I had even bought my item!

The after-sell service is great.

Many thanks to Sally. My parcel was lost during delivery. Sally helped me investigate and gave me the update immediately, which made it reassuring.
