The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields and leather/fabric furniture in the country without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.

From my initial enquiry to my sofas being delivered, I was impressed with the care and attention to detail shown by this company.
I had lots of questions, as I wanted to make sure that the sofas would be right for me. My questions were all answered patiently and I was made to feel reassured.
I was able to order samples online, so that I could pick the correct shade and see the quality of the leather for myself before I placed my order.
I also received a catalogue with the different styles of sofas, so that i could choose the one I preferred most.
Delivery was easy to arrange and the sofas were delivered as agreed and placed in my sitting room and the packing removed for me.
I am happy with my choice of sofa's and the helpful staff I made contact with during this process.

I love this company
I love this company. Amazing customer service, I love the sofas we have ordered and had delivered. Crafted by an employee owned company who genuinely seem to care about their customers.I have had to swop a 2 seater because I realised on delivery that I should have ordered two 3 seater sofas instead of a three and two seater. Saxon were happy to arrange a swop and for collection and redelivery - the larger one arrives soon. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and I tell all my friends how good they are. So refreshing in this day and age.

My three seater leather Chesterfield sofa was delivered yesterday by two really nice gentleman. We were so pleased with everything about it that we immediately ordered a two seater to go with it. New Sofa
Have recently ordered and received a new Chesterfield corner sofa from Saxon.
Staff all the way through the process couldn't have been more helpful - I ordered online and the few questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. The two man delivery team were friendly and efficient and calls to the warehouse in between to confirm delivery dates dealt with professionally.
There's always a small risk buying a sofa over the Internet and not getting to the showroom, so most importantly Im delighted to say the product is as high quality as the service received. Yes, you pay a premium for buying British, but with the quality of this (and supporting an employee owned company), Im glad I did. Delighted in every way.

I purchased two leather sofas from Saxon nearly 20 years ago. I was, and still am extremely pleased with these sofas. Together with the high quality workmanship and excellent customer service, I placed an order for the style of sofa, but this time classic leather chair, with the same leather colour as 20 years ago. It’s nice to see in this day and age that somethings haven’t changed. Still the same excellent customer service and workmanship from Saxon. Can’t be fairer than that. Well done to team Saxon. Excellent quality of build and staff.
We have a very old leather bed settee. The seat cushions fabric underneath had split. I contacted Saxon and we had the leather covers repaired and the sponge cushions replaced. At every step I was kept fully informed. The day of delivery, the time was honed down as the day progressed and the driver rang me when 30 minutes away and was most helpful unpacking the cushions and making sure they fitted well. The repaired seat cushions are lovely and we have many more years of use from our sofa. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Not so sure
Had a lovely instore experience, sofa arrived mid July 2022, now February 2026 the cushions constantly have to be put back after sliding forward the sofa is uncomfortable and sagging in the middle. The insurance isn't worth the paper it's written on, my dog chewed a hole in one of the seat cushions arranged for Saxon to come out, while waiting an excessive time, a week before they came my dog chewed the cushion again in the same place and another corner Saxon point blank refused to repair under pet damage as it was considered excessive

We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your cushions. Having reviewed our customer service records, we have not found any previous record relating to this concern being reported to us by yourself. We would welcome the opportunity to look into this further for you, so our Customer Services team will get in touch to assist.
With regard to the pet damage claim, we can see that you contacted us early 2024 for guidance on how to proceed.
The insurance policy is administered independently by Staingard, and all inspections, assessments, and claim decisions are managed directly by them. Saxon does not carry out the inspections or make decisions on whether a claim is approved or declined.
If you are dissatisfied with how your claim was handled, Staingard has a formal escalation and complaints process in place, and we would recommend contacting them directly so they can review the matter for you.
We do appreciate your positive comments about your in-store experience and are sorry that other aspects of your purchase have led to disappointment.

100% customer focused!
From our first point of contact, to the delivery of our sofa, we were made to feel important to them as a customer.
I called them and explained what it was we were looking for and the room it was to fit into, suggestions were made and that was followed up via email with links to the suggested sofas and fabrics. We ordered and waited, not having seen any of there work or sofas other than in a brochure, wondering if we had done the right thing? and would it fit within the room and other furnishings? Then came the email, our sofa was ready and the delivery date given! The delivery guy's were brilliant took the utmost care bringing our sofa in and setting it up in our snug. So, so pleased with the colour, quality and service this company gives, 100% customer focused, very happy customers.

Attention to detail
This furniture is not cheap but, there's a good reason for that, its hand made by top craftsmen!
I spent a long time searching for a decent sofa, with some really bad customer service experiences from well known high street names!
Saxon, are an independantly owned company that have been around for donkies years. Their attention to detail and patience is second to none. Every single person I spoke to, from the moment I enquired online, to multiple visists to the store and loads of questions about different grade leathers to the sales assistants and the delivery team who dropped my sofa off, were excellent!
