Very helpful and straight forward purchase

Really pleased with 2 seater Newtrend Concept Jenny sofa that was purchased from on line viewing only. Leather swatches were made available really quickly for colour and quality checking.

Initially spoke to Abbey on the phone who was extremely helpful and invited us to visit the Sofaitalia warehouse. During the visit Abbey was
very informative and assisted us in the selection and purchase of our leather furniture.

I ordered two chairs from this firm and despite the delay in delivery I am delighted with the chairs they are everything I wanted and expected. I cannot fault them in any way so can highly recommend.

We found Jorden at sofaitalia very help full and our sofa was delivered very close to the time he said.
And for the delivery men they were really nice they put the sofa in place and made sure it was working before they left. They even took all the packaging away with them.
We are very happy with the service we received and delighted with our sofa.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard while I was deciding on what model sofa to have. Then once I'd decided what model I wanted he sent me numerous swatches and photographs of sofas while I tried to decide on a colour. Thank you for all your help Richard. The sofa I chose was the Pisa which Richard recommended after I gave him my requirements The sofas are incredibly comfortable and my 2 beautiful spaniels have found their comfy spot on them. I would recommend SofaItalia to anyone looking for a comfy sofa and excellent customer service.

Recent Purchase
I recently purchased two sofas from Sofaitalia but had some damage caused by the delivery company.

Not an ideal situation however, the manner in which the company and in particular John Newton dealt with the issue was outstanding. They ensured that our complaint was addressed in the correct manner and were available to us on the phone throughout.

I would like to praise the companies attitude and professional manner in dealing with the issue. John, who was the face of the company, portrayed them in the best possible light. Because of him I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends & family.

Furniture purchase straightforward and it was clear when ordering the waiting time and it arrived within the time specified with clear communication from delivery firm.

From ordering to delivery Sofaitalia were extremely helpful with dimensions, samples and always on the other end of the phone with any queries. I was buying this without seeing it and on behalf of someone else and was understandably nervous as making a large purchase. Extremely pleased with the product and fantastic customer service.
