Now had our sofa for 4 months, was anxious to order online however was pleased when our sofa arrived. Jordan was very helpful, happy with our purchase.

Leather sofa purchased online, arrived damaged. Broken arm and scuffed leather. Notified the company the same day that the faulty sofa arrived, a third party come out to review the faulty sofa we were told Sofa Italia will be in contact (we had to chase them). Three months later still waiting for faulty sofa to be repaired as told we’re now out of the time frame for the sofa to be returned. Promised call backs on numerous occasions from manager (never happened) various emails sent to customer services. Customer service has been appalling, call centre staff unhelpful. No wonder calls aren’t recorded. The quality of the sofa is shocking, cheap and poorly built. Will never use Sofa Italia again and would also advise others against using.

We ordered a two seater couch and were very pleased with the quality of the Italian made leather couch. We had a question about the legs, that were cleverly tucked away under the couch in a zipper and the customer service at sofaitalia were very prompt at helping us realize this. We would purchase from them again.

Bought two sets from them, one for each room.

Best quality sofas on the marker right now. Leather is thickness of a motorcycle jacket - this stuff will last for decades. More of an investment than a purchase.

Service is great too. The drivers will even lug stuff upstairs if you sign the sheet first and bribe them ;)

We have received our beautiful Italian leather sofa and chair.
To be honest, I was a little apprehensive ordering seating on line, but I needn't have worried.
Firstly, Richard was extremely knowleadable, helpful and patient.
He answered all my queries promptly and professionally.
The furniture arrive by pre- arranged delivery. The boys were efficient and helpful and assembled the furniture for us. We live in an old cottage, with a narrow entrance. So Richard arranged for it to be assembled in situe
The furniture is extremely good looking. Stunning leather and very comfy. My husband wanted a large armchair and he loves it. They have very chic Italian leather and steel tags, stating they are Italian leather. So you can impress your friends!!!

I would like to commend Sofaitalia for the exceptionally friendly & professional customer service received from Abbey Liddle.

I often find if I express a particular concern with the average sales person regarding my personal circumstances--e.g.,as in this case the suitability of a piece of furniture for my health needs--the person dealing with me loses patience with having to go beyond the prescribed "script",which comes across as uninspiring & inconsiderate & so it naturally means I move on to another company.

Not so Abbey who very patiently addressed all my concerns with a very calm & reassuring manner.So much so that I ended up placing an order of an expensive Italian leather sofa over the 'phone without even seeing or testing the product for myself.

Frankly,I would have become impatient myself dealing with a customer like me with so many questions & demands.

Not so Abbey who was happy to describe the sofa in as much detail as I needed,plus repeatedly going back & forth measuring various parts of the sofa as required,with a good follow up 'phone call to address any remaining concerns I may have before I finally felt comfortable enough with my decision to place an order for this quality product unseen.I knew I was in good hands.

Very pleased with our new sofas. The sofas are excellent: comfortable and well made. I ordered a 2 seater sofa and an armchair in a light grey leather. Jordan was very helpful with colour samples, which arrived very quickly to help us decide. Once the sofa was ordered, we did need to wait a few weeks (which was expected and explained) as the sofas are all made to our order and colour specification.
The delivery was also very good.

I was browsing online and came across Sofaitalia and liked the look and design of their sofas. The quality was also appealed, but I was a little apprehensive about buying online without the feel and touch of the product.

After reading the ‘About us’ section and spent several days revisiting the website, I was convinced to go ahead with the purchase. On the day of purchase, I chatted with an assistant via the web chat who was very helpful and answered all my questions.

The delivery arrived early morning, ahead of schedule which; was great and did not interfere with my plans for the day. Both the 2-seater and 3-seater sofas delivered were well protected and taken into the living with care and consideration. The sofas each; were taken out of the packaging with ease and in one piece to my amazement. One incorrect leg was sent with the 3-seater, but this was rectified within no time.

The sofas are moderately firm and the quality of the leather is excellent. The Strada sofas in white have complimented and transformed my living room. I have had very good feedback from my friends and I am very pleased that I went ahead with the purchase. One thing! - Please do consider cushions going forward.

Love our sofas. Bought an off the shelf three and two setter in a saddle coloured mid brown aniline leather. As we are about to sell our house we needed to spruce up the living room. At first I was a bit hesitant as I bought online without seeing. They were delivered trouble free within ten days. They are ‘organic’ in appearance - the leather has many of it’s natural markings. The seating is high and moderately firm, easy to get in and out of, but very comfortable. Good for sleeping on. They look top quality and have greatly enhanced our cottage style living room .
