I ordered a pair of shoes in March
I ordered a pair of shoes in March, they were placed on back order.
I emailed Sneakerboy on a number of occasions to get a update on my order.
They kept telling me the sneakers are in the warehouse and will be shipped soon.
Sneakerboy often ignored by emails.
After almost 3 months i went instore and asked them to email the online store to request a refund.
They cant be reached by phone, only email and they often choose to ignore the email.
I think that because they were unable to fulfill my order i should have received a refund, but no, they gave me a credit.
I emailed them again and once again was ignored. Im totally frustrated with the Sneakerboy online store and feel they are totally unprofessional.

Fraudulent website
I have 2 orders outstanding since 25 May. 318600 and 318601.
I believe this website is trading without goods, which is against ACCC guidelines and breaking consumer law. After several follow ups with no response over the past month. I’ve come to the conclusion it’s fraudulent! Do not shop in this site.

I tried to contact their customer service via email - no response, tried to message them via Instagram - no response.
As a first-time customer, I wouldn't come back or recommend anyone to buy here!!
I will definitely bring this matter to fair traiding and police if required.

Responsibility in store shopping
I just wanted to update and share my most recent experience. I had an order that was constantly delayed, and i had time to go a physical store. The staffs again were really friendly and helpful this time. I was able to fully refund my item in form of store credit, and swap it with a readystock item and just pay the difference. They did this quickly, and i genuinely believe that the sneakerboy staffs want their customer to have a great shopping experience.
I would recommend people having order issues to go instore rather than emails.

This company is a joke. Judging by the reviews from other shoppers, I don’t seem to be the only one having issues. I ordered an essentials jumper on the 18th of May 2022 and have not received anything. I’ve emailed them twice now and have not received a response as to where my order is. They have sent me generic emails with a tracking number which has no item assigned to it (seems like they’re trying to buy time and make it look like they’ve sent it). I’m only writing this review so that I can get a response back to my email because it seems like this is the only way. My order number is: 317075

Sale stock on backorder?
I've never seen a retailer put something on sale when they don't even have the stock yet which is what has happened in my case.
Ordered sneakers on May 25th, waited until Monday 30th to reach out via IG as my order had suddenly gone from 'stock allocated' to 'stock on backorder' status.
The team replied the next day saying the stock had arrived from supplier and was being allocated to my order. While the response seemed generic, I decided to go along with it.
A week later, the order is still on backorder, so I email the customer service team, who respond after a few days with a copy paste response - almost identical to the IG reply.
I have gone back and asked for a more accurate ETA which they seem unable/unwilling to provide, and will request an order cancellation if they do not respond, and put in a complaint if needed.
Overall, very disappointed as I've never had trouble with Sneakerboy but seeing the other reviews here it's obviously not just me.
EDIT: Seller replied saying to email them but they COULD simply respond to the email I sent 5 days ago..

Sneakerboy take a action or I will ask ACCC to step in on behalf me.
I has email Sneakerboy many time but until now they not reply and even solve my case.
Now my order take 2 weeks and still status process at warehouse and waiting for courier to pick up my order.
They just lies. I will submit complaint to ACCC to step in for my case.

Customer Service is extremely poor
I made an order about 3 weeks ago, have sent multiple emails and a couple of Direct Messages on their Instagram like their website says to do.
I have not received any kind of reply or order update - the last update was "Your order is being processed" which was the day after I made the order.
The order I made was very pricey and the cash has left my account, so I am out of pocket with no products or accountability.
If this continues I will attempt to try a refund, I just want to know what is going on with the order.
Customer Service seriously needs attention.
