je n'ai aucun soucis avec smyths toys, j'achète pratiquement une fois par semaine des hot wheels de tout type (mainline, premium, diorama display...) et je suis jamais deçu.
Juste depuis 2 semaines environ, le sites n'est plus à jour et c'est vraiment dommage... par conséquent on ne sait pas ce qu'il y a en magasin et ça nous force à nous déplacer pour aller voir ce qu'il y a là bas directement.
Ce n'est pas la faute des personnes qui travaillent là bas mais bon, ça serait bien de corriger ce tire...

Placed an order with this scumbag company for click and collect. Received an email stating my order had been received, funds marked in my account. Then received an email stating my order was ready for collection until the following day. Then out of the blue, 2 hours later, received an email telling me my order had been cancelled. I emailed them asking what was going on, and received an email back confirming they had cancelled my order. No explanation, no apology at all, yet now when I look on their website the price of the item has increased! Disgusting company, shocking customer service. I hope they finally go out of business this year. Scum.

Predatory toys company with nowhere to go but down. They will like on returns to try to make you keep items, and there is 0 quality control when you order items from them. I have received multiple defective or damaged items in the past, and then they claimed I couldn't return them because it was "damaged," even though I received it in that condition. I never order from Smyths anymore. Paying another seller 5 quid extra to save the headache is very much worth it.

Smyths Online Toy Store is the best!
Every few weeks I go online and treat my 2 year old grandaughter! Lots of toys to choose from and delivery is superb!
Never had anything i regretted buying!

Very very bad customer service bought a toy online i have to check it online how its work toy is not good at all returns is hell of worst cant change it cant get refund

Ich habe bisher im Abstand von einigen Monaten dreimal bei Smyths Toys bestellt, im Gegensatz zu der Mehrheit, der Kommentatoren hier, habe ich nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Die letze Bestellung erfolgte am 03.06.2026 abends und wurde am 05.06.2026 vormittags vom dpd Zusteller am vereinbarten Ablageort deponiert. Alle drei Bestellungen, die ich bisher bei Smyths Toys getätigt habe wurden umgehend bearbeitet, versandt und zugestellt. Da ich den Kundendienst noch nicht benötigt habe, kann ich darüber nichts sagen. Bisher bin ich mit dem Service ( Bearbeitung, Lieferzeit und Zustellung) sehr zufrieden.

Smyth's have zero customer service whatsoever. I have tried to call the Exeter store about a query several times and they never answer their phone regardless of day or time.
I tried to complete the online form to ask them to call me back and I received an AI response telling me that they don't call customers back.
I live a 50 mile round trip from my nearest Smyth's so I don't really want to drive there unless I know they have what I want (the item I want is listed on their website as part of an assortment and they can't guarantee which one you will be allocated if you order online).

J'ai commandé une maison smoby en mai 2026. J'ai longtemps hésité en voyant les avis négatifs et ai essayé de trouver un autre moyen de commander la maison. Mais le prix extrêmement attractif (-200 euros par rapport aux autres vendeurs) m'a décidé à tenter ma chance. Bizarrement le prix si bas m'a fait également douter.... j'ai commandé, reçu très rapidement dans les délais annoncés et en excellent état. En bref aucun soucis pour ma part et très contente d'avoir réalisé cet achat. Comme toutes grandes structures je pense qu'il y a des ratés possibles mais pour ma part tout a été parfait.

I'm collecting hot wheels cars with my son. When stuff was putting new stock on the hangers, they keep most collectable models for their selfs.
I'm aware that's happened everywhere but they done it on the front of me and my son. Very disappointed. Ballymena store !!!

Ook hier stond er binnen 1 tot 3 werkdagen bezorgd. Helaas 2 weken....

They had a restock of pokemon ETB's prismatic evolutions today, said on their website in stock, collect in store (Glasgow fort), and within 20 minutes of getting there, sold out, seen multiple likely scalpers outside with several in hand, despite it supposed to be 1 per person, seems to be some shady pracitce going on here between staff and scalpers, wont be back ever.

Bestelling betaling bezorging goed gegaan nu terug sturen is gewoon een lijdensweg.. van de kast naar de muur word je gestuurd heb niet eens vertrouwen dat het geld terugkomt mocht het pakketje ooit opgehaald worden!

We bought a Haddington Cot Bed for our daughter when I was still pregnant, the cot is sturdy and easy to adjust as she gets older.

The 5 star rating, however, is more about the staff in the Llandudno. When we came to collect it, being heavily pregnant at the time, the incredibly helpful and helped my husband get it out to and into the car.

My Partner and i went shopping for some bits in preperation for our first child. We were abit unsure on things and bumped into Lindsay who could not have been more helpful and caring. She spent 30 minutes demonstrating how the push chairs worked, the benefits of each option and answered every question we had. She made what could have a stressful purchase the most easy thing in the world. Lindsay is an absoulte credit to her role and we will definitley shop at Smyths Stockton again. Super Customer Service- thank you.

Word niet geleverd, maar laat hun koeriers wel een valse handtekening zetten. En als je ze dan probeert te bellen krijg je een soort robot aan de tel die beweert een mens te zijn en krijg je nog geen antwoord!!! Beter naar een winkel in elk geval NOOIT hier bestellen

Die Ware wurde nicht an die gewünschte Adresse geliefert, sondern an meine Paypal-Adresse..
Dann leitete ich das Paket an eine 24/7 Paketstation weiter, es wurde aber an einen Paketshop - der zu den Öffnungszeiten geschlossen ist geliefert!
Seit fast 1 Monat probiere ich eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten.
Ich habe sofort nach der Bestellung den Kundenservice informiert, der antwortet ewig nicht und kann nicht weiterhelfen. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten bei diesem Händler zu bestellen!!!

Very friendly and helpful lady behind the counter helped me add to my purchases finding a game that was on offer and saidnwqs out of stock on the website.

Bought a 10 ft trampoline for my daughters birthday who is asd and still a week later i still dont have the part missing from the box this is not the standard i would expect from a company off it’s size

I won’t be shopping here again. I left work early and travelled over an hour to pick up a toy in store due to that being the only purchase option available, yet got sent away from shop saying item out of stock. This was despite your online service still saying you had two in stock well after I left. I submitted a complaint who said sorry you feel we let you down on this occasion 😳. Shocking response and absolutely no resolution to wasting my time, having no toy and a sad child also being out of pocket from leaving work early and cost of fuel. Im so disappointed of this system failure at their end and will be making others online aware!
